Another great stay

We have stayed at this property for 3 times now. It is very secluded and tranquil. Great place to stay and just relax, use the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful home, perfect for our family vacation!

We had an amazing time visiting Boca Grande and coming back to relax by the pool in this well aquatinted, beautiful home. It had everything we could ever need and more! The owners are very attentive and hospitable. We definitely will stay here again!

Lovely Rotonda West home.

This is a lovely house in a nice quiet neighborhood.We really enjoyed the pool and spa overlooking the canal.The owner was receptive and easy to communicate with.

Great Villa excellent location

My wife and I had another great 3 week stay at Osprey. The location is great there is always plenty of wildlife to look at especially the alligators. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. We have stayed at several other villas on Rotonda West over the years but this is by far our favourite.

Wonderful getaway vacation home.

The location of the home is very private, quiet & relaxing. Enjoyed walks in the area, riding the bikes provided & visiting the nearby beaches. Lots of wildlife to see while sitting by the pool. The home is very clean & is equipped with many amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Had issues with the pool heating but were taken care of by host. Very quiet neighborhood, worked well for our family of 6! Very good communication.

My wife and I have been vacationing at this property for a few years now. We always have a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is quite. Staying there is a Vacation!

Unfortunately we had issues with the pool and spa for most of our stay, the owner did try and resolve but it did impact our stay.The positives are the villa was clean, comfortable beds and very well equipped and access was easy.Like some other guests have commented, some minor upgrades are due but nothing that spoils the enjoyment of the property which is spacious and homely.It should be noted that although the property is on a triple lot, the lots either side of the property are for sale.

We did have some difficulties with the pool but had a pool service address the issue almost daily. We also provided the Guest with a substantial financial Credit to address this issue and their disappointment. Not sure what minor upgrades are required but we are always open to Specifc suggestions from Guests for our review and consideration. The status of the lots on either side of the property have no impact on our Guests. We have experienced some unwanted noise due to municipal construction and maintenance, which is beyond our control. Great Vacation Home

We stayed for a week for a family vacation and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious, and the outdoor space is beautiful. It was also fully stocked with most thing we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive and addressed any minor concerns immediately. Short drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Would stay here again and recommend to others looking for a vacation home in the Rotonda West area.

Another great stay!

Another great stay, we have been here twice this year. The house is great, as always. Pool and hot tub are very relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood and house is last house on the road for even more privacy. Mr and Mrs. Edwards were great host and were reaponsive to a couple minor things that came up. We look forward to going again as soon as possible.

Getaway

My wife and I havent been away since before covid, and we are glad we chose this place. The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of staples that were left from previous guests such as dish soap, laundry soap, ziplock bags, etc. The owners were very communicative when we had questions. Just a wonderful stay

Osprey Roost

House was clean and well maintained. Any minor problems were handled immediately and courteously. Pool and hot tub were used and enjoyed by all.

Home from home

We had a lovely stay during March with our friends. The villa had everything we needed and was in a peaceful location on Rotonda, a place that we love and know very well. We saw a bobcat, gopher tortoises, several alligators and many beautiful birds. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when there was a problem with the pool. We would be very happy to stay again.

Nice property in a very quiet area, the property itself needs some TLC and the bridge adjacent to the property being closed, somewhat restricts access to the local area by having to drive the long way around.The wildlife around the property is spectacular especially the Gator in the canal at the rear of the property add to that Turtle’s, Tortoise, Pigs and numerous birds, there is always something to study.The owner is attentive and deals with any problems swiftly.

Great Stay

First time VRBO users. Had a great stay. House was clean and well equipped. Owner was very responsive and good to deal with on any questions. Had everything you could possibly need. Many cooking staples are there such as coffee, coffee filters, spices, saran wrap and foil, sugar, etc. nice not to have to go out and buy all that stuff when you might need just a little of something. Great location at end of street so very little traffic, very quiet at all times, very natural area adjacent to state park protected land. Was our best vacation ever!
