The home is beautiful and was stocked with all the necessities for our week stay. The hot tub and pool area was fabulous. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife in the canal.

Wonderful home with lots of amenities. Quiet street great for walks. The pool and hot tub were great and you can even watch a movie while in the hot tub!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything that we needed. The lanai was amazing and we liked watching the local wildlife from it. Property manager was very attentive.

All I can say is Wow! This is absolutely one of the best VRBOs I've stayed at! The host is fantastic. She is their for you when you have questions and gives you all the information you need for a perfect stay. The house is perfect. They really paid attention to all the details. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need, they have all the beach things you need, and the pool is so peaceful and relaxing. This house is a must stay! We will definitely be back!

Quiet, relaxing vacation home in the sun

We loved our stay at the Scott family's vacation home! This home was perfect for our family.... it was a quiet, smoke free, extremly clean home that had all the things that you could possibly need right there at the house! They thought of everything -from utensils, pots and pans and storage containers, to fishing poles, beach chairs, boogie boards for the kids, and shark teeth sifters!The inside of the home was so relaxing -from the decor to the paint colors used on the wall. It was so peaceful to come back to after enjoying a day in the sun at the beach!!We enjoyed fishing from the backyard dock, cooking out on the grill, playing in the pool and relaxing on the lanai. They also have a tv out there which my husband loved!We appreciated staying here very much and look forward to using this wonderful home on our next Florida vacation!! Perfection

This home is beautiful and located near the end of the street with no outlet so it’s perfect for kiddos to ride bikes and not have to worry about a lot of traffic. They have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, fishing poles to use on the dock in the back yard, bicycles, air fryer, plenty of pots and pans, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and they have plenty of pool floats, pool noodles, etc. I’m very OCD when it’s comes to cleanliness and this home was top notch!!! The owners put their heart in this home and it shows. Chris and Christyn were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had! Thank you so much for sharing your home and going above and beyond in every way!!

Great property! House was well equipped, clean, and enjoyable to stay in. The fact that there was a saltwater pool with a spa was a bonus. Pool area was fantastic, lots of wildlife to view from the comfort of the lanai. Location was great as well, less than 30 min from several top notch beaches!

My family and I stayed at the Scott families home for the week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hosts are incredibly responsive, kind and helpful! We were traveling with two young children (5 and 2) and they had everything needed for playing in the pool and taking a trip to the beach! The day we arrived a beach wagon was waiting for us on the front porch for us to use during our stay which was a game changer taking littles to the beach! The house is stocked with everything one would need and a few bonus like a pack and play that ended up being super helpful! You can’t go wrong with staying in Rotonda with the easy access to beautiful beaches and great restaurants! Our favorite beaches ended up being in Boca Grande just a short drive away. The home was exceptionally clean and had the cutest beach decor! We would definitely return! Thanks again for the amazing stay!
