This Villa is a lovely oceanfront construction concept for an unforgettable experience. Located less than 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, on a fabulous white sand beach, the spacious 11,000 sq. ft villa offers you the best for indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor living room and dining room under its huge Palapa give you access to the main terrace where the heated pool and the beach one level below invites you to enjoy at its best.

The villa features the best of coastal architecture; with natural stone walls, open brick work and one of the tallest Palapas in the area. The main level is an open concept with a well appointed entertaining area, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Its heated pool together with rest areas and another outdoor dining room make the villa the ideal place for your vacation.

This place was amazing. Staff was 5 stars, location was perfect. Pictures don’t do justice. The staff met our every wants and need, was a perfect vacation for our family. I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to give these guys the recognition they deserve! Thank you for everything.

Heaven on Earth...

A group of 7 women traveling together to celebrate all of life's journeys and joy found paradise in Villa Verde. From the minute the front door was opened, we were greeted with 5 of the sweetest, kindest and most hard working folks. They made our stay magical... waiting on us hand and foot. They kept the Villa and its many spaces and bedrooms immaculate , including the pool area, kitchen, and all the open spaces. There was not a critter to be found! The food prepared by the chef and pasty chef was the healthiest, tastiest, and "cleanest" I think we have all had. The staff were amazing with last minute requests when we changed our minds, and they prepared everything we requested. I recommend the carne asada, guacamole, local fresh fruit, and carrot cake. The homemade chips also melt in your mouth. Literally everything was perfect. And Tony's home made margaritas... deliciosa! Regarding the accommodations, every room is perfect and well appointed. The master suite is unreal...I won't even try to describe it. This place is so magical, we cancelled our activities outside the villa because we were already in heaven. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning property!

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were in awe of this home ! Very spacious so everyone felt comfortable. Outside area is amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. The staff I can not say enough about. Kind, caring and helpful. The cooked meals, unreal! Location is great, just a short walk to downtown and when we took an Uber it was only $5. The pictures do not do it justice ! Also, communication with Roberto was incredible. Our family thanks you for this incredible vacation!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as pictured, it was old school Mexican design, it was beautiful. So just remember it is open air in the entire house except bedrooms. I can not say enough about the staff, they were exceptional. Food was wonderful and they went out of there way to accommodate special needs for my wife and son in law. We happened to be there during the Hurricane and even with all the damage the staff never missed a beat always there, they were fantastic. I would go back to Villa Verde in a heart beat, and recommend it to anyone.
