PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. There are three comfortable bar stools adjacent to the kitchen counter. The balcony has comfortable seating for four and is a great place to watch the breathtaking sunsets. This charming one-bedroom rental features cozy sleep options for up to four guests with a king bed in the main bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a new state of the art memory foam mattress. Both bathrooms in the condo are updated with a newly added walk-in shower for a modern spa experience. Grab a complimentary DVD rental and gather around the living room TV to end the day after soaking up the sun.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. . Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
