1.5 hours from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, a few minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, at the foot of the ramparts of the Polignac fortress, Yves and Christine welcome you to their recently renovated gĂźte!
This fully equipped house, featuring simple, modern decor, is located in the owner's grandfather's former garden!
The main attraction of this gĂźte is its approximately [hidden]mÂČ plot, which offers a splendid view of both the village of Polignac and the Haute-Loire mountains.
For your comfort, the rates include bed and bath linens, cleaning, and utilities.
On-site: Visit the fortress and the village of Polignac, where you can enjoy numerous activities throughout the year, as well as shops selling basic necessities.
Just a few minutes' drive away, you'll discover the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
A little further afield: This central location makes it easy to explore the Haute-Loire region: the town of Brioude, the Allier Valley, and the MĂ©zenc Plateau are all 40 minutes from the cottage! The cottage is located on a fully fenced plot of approximately [hidden] square meters.
The entrance to the cottage is through the living room, which is perfectly designed to accommodate a kitchen, a dining table, and a seating area. A bedroom with a double bed ([hidden]/[hidden] cm) and a bathroom with toilet complete the cottage.
Electric heating is included in the rates, subject to reasonable usage (maximum 15 kWh/day).
