Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

You’ll appreciate the indoor amenities as well, including, sauna, steam room, pool (heated seasonally), fitness facility, and over 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Browse for provisions and keepsakes in the lobby gift shop, and enjoy complimentary DVD rentals to watch at your leisure. The concierge will be happy to provide local information and suggestions to make your stay more enjoyable and our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

Use the elevator or hop up one short flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. SunDestin Unit 0206 is a calming and peaceful retreat bathed in ocean blues and loaded with plush furnishings. You’ll find everything you need in this one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Midst beachy decor, comfortable and abundant seating is scattered throughout the open-concept living/dining space. Curl up in the living room with a flat-screen TV for a movie the whole family can enjoy. Gather around the table for a board game or cozy up to the expansive breakfast bar for coffee and conversation. Prepare snacks and meals in the fully-appointed kitchen and savor cocktails on the balcony, directly overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up refreshed after a great night's sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
