PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.

-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

Hold memorable workshops or host family reunions in the  more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space on property. SunDestin Unit 0701 is a bright, sun-filled two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Rejuvenate in this spacious, uplifting sanctuary bathed in refreshing colors with natural elements scattered throughout. No need to go out for dinner after a long day in the sun as the kitchen is fully-appointed and loaded with everything needed to feed a crowd. Relax at the breakfast bar, dining table, or in the living room with a flat-screen TV. Savor pristine views and breathtaking sunsets on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Retire on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, in the guest room with twin beds and a flat-screen TV, or in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony.

Tour Destin by land on a Segway, rent a pontoon boat and explore by water, or see the sights from above while parasailing. Check out Destin however you choose as no view is a bad one!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
