Nestled on over an acre in the beautiful community of Torreon in Show Low, this newly constructed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with more than 2300 sf of living space is sure to delight. In 2022 we expanded the back deck and added a Pottery Barn table and chairs for outdoor dining. Situated on a gently sloping lot on the 3rd fairway of the Torreon Tower Golf Course, this home is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and fresh air of the White Mountains. We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer.



**The Property**



The home has a convenient split floorplan featuring a large owner’s suite with vaulted wood ceiling, a top-of-the-line Beautyrest Black K-Class firm pillow-top king size mattress, 65" television, and direct access to the expansive back deck. The sumptuous owner’s bathroom has a freestanding soaking tub, a large tiled walk-in-shower, dual sinks with Quartzite counters, and a walk-in-closet.



On the opposite side of the cabin is a junior suite with a Beautyrest Silver plush pillow-top king size mattress, television, and its own private bathroom with Quartzite counter and tiled walk-in-shower.



The 3rd bedroom features a Beautyrest Silver plush pillow-top king size mattress and television.



The 4th bedroom features twin over full bunk beds. The twin size top bunk bed has a hybrid innerspring mattress and is designed for children up to 200 lbs and the full size bottom bunk has a hybrid innerspring mattress and is designed for children or adults up to 250 lbs.



The chef’s kitchen has a large Quartzite center island with counter seating and Frigidaire Professional stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator. A Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig K-Mini, and Nespresso machine are available for your use. Please plan on bringing your own ground coffee, k-cups and/or the larger Vertuo capsules for the coffee machines.



The crown jewel of this property is the expansive great room with large windows offering tranquil views of the majestic pines with ample natural light. The centerpiece of the great room is the stunning stacked stone fireplace with 75" television with Hulu for live TV and on-demand movies. Netflix and Amazon are available for use with your own subscription and login/password.



The back deck is available for you to enjoy with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, a natural gas fire-pit, and a natural gas BBQ overlooking the beautiful pine trees and the golf course below. ***NEW in 2022: the back deck was expanded and now includes a Pottery Barn outdoor dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy.***



A washer and dryer in the home are available for use throughout your stay.



The garage is unlocked and available for guests to enter for access to the trash and recycling bins.



A starter kit of paper products and soaps is provided for guests.



Note: There are two hall closets that are locked and unavailable for guest use.



This cabin is centrally located in the gated community Torreon, only 3/4 of a mile from the Torreon Clubhouse (with restaurant).



Although this property is located inside the Torreon community, guests will not be able to access the Torreon Golf Club without a member inviting them to play. However, there are other public courses nearby.

Your safety matters. The house is monitored by three cameras (garage, backyard, front driveway) and a Nest doorbell for security purposes. These cameras do not record the interior living space of the home.




**TORREON COMMUNITY AMENTITIES**



Please note that Torreon has changed its policy regarding the use of amenities by renters (swimming pool, hot tub, family center, playground, fitness center, sport courts). Homeowners may transfer their amenity privileges to up to a maximum of four guests. The fee is $400 for the first guest and $100 for each additional guest. Also, the number of transfers is limited to two per month, so access to amenities will be offered to renters on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing access to the Torreon amenities as part of your rental so thst we can let you know if they are available. Golf privileges are NOT included in the transfer. If so, the additional charges will be added to your invoice and are non-refundable.



Please note that most amenities are only available May-September. Pool is only heated Memorial weekend-Labor Day weekend.
