About this space
Spectacular Lake Minneola water front vacation home that boasts some of the best year round sunsets. This home was recently100% updated from floors to roof, appliances to air conditioning, cabinets to windows. This property has 80 feet of private driveway as well as fenced in parking and a covered carport to protect your cars, bikes, or toys protected from the elements The kitchen is stocked high quality cookware, utensils, even the knives have been sharpened. If you don’t see it please ask. Centrally located in the Clermont / Minneola / South Lake County area. A short walking distance to everything Minneola has to offer, post offices, library, etc. Quiet evenings. Enjoy front porch rockers or toes in sand year long sunsets (weather cooperating). 500' to Minneola Inn Tiki. 1/3 mile to S. Lake Bike Trail . 1 mile to Waterfront Park. 1 mile to local boat ramp. Boat and trailer parking available.

Enjoy sunsets on front porch rocking chairs, swing on the front porch tree swing, rock back porch rockers, or sit down by the lake with your toes in the water. Relax and enjoy! Cook dinner in fully equipped kitchen. Most everything you could want is there. Adventure down to the South Lake Trail and walk, jog, or bike one of the premier sections of Florida's Coast to Coast Trail. 191 Miles completed.

Sunsets are spectacular

Very clean. well maintained, and decorated. Great lake life atmosphere with nautical elements to enhance the experience. The neighborhood is quiet but close to local restaurants and stores. Sunsets are beautiful as the sun sets directly behind lake Miniola.

Quick Trip

It was perfect for our quick trip to town to visit my niece. Super cute cottage. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to downtown.

Cute cottage!

The cottage provided a clean and comfortable place to stay while we were visiting family. It had a great water view and the location is conveniently located to everything in Clermont. We definitely will be back again soon!

Peaceful and very comfortable!

We rented this gorgeous cottage for a recent visit to Lake Minneola. Check in was flawless, and I could tell from the welcoming lights and swing hanging in the tree out front that this was going to be a wonderful experience! Sam was so nice and helpful, not that we needed any help, he had already thought of everything. ☺️ The cottage was spotless, well maintained, well appointed and in the perfect spot. We didn’t even want to leave the house! My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch and watching the awesome view of the lake. Lots of stores, shops and restaurants close by. Not to mention the Tiki bar, which is like a movie scene, is a 5 minute walk around the corner! I hesitate to even say how much fun we at at Sam’s place! I want to keep the secret to myself!

Perfect

This cute rental with a gorgeous water view was perfect for my 2 week stay! It was stocked with everything I needed. It was Iocated in a quiet neighborhood and a quick 5 min walk to popular Tiki Bar and restaurant. I will return!

Nice cottage in quiet area with excellent parking space.

Near Lake Minneola with good view. Good area for adults to ride bicycles to bike trails. Very cordial owner/manager who quickly attended to any needs we had. My husband and I stayed for a week in mid-December and weather was great for outside activities.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is very nice. Located on a quiet street with wonderful views of the lake. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and had a nice stock of items to get our trip started. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent Place to Stay

Excellent place to stay. Totally remodeled. Beautiful views. Owner was great. We had a great time. Air Conditioner worked great, which is important in Florida. Plenty of good places to eat near by. Right across the street from the lake and the dock. We will be back.

Perfect spot

A friend and I wanted to explore the Cleremont area! This property was perfect! Clean, decorated beautifully, beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch! We felt very comfortable there! A nice walk or cycle into town, we did both! We booked our next visit before we left 🤗 Very happy!

Great Vacation Rental

Great small house, well furnished, beautiful kitchen and bath. Spent lots of time out on the screened in front porch. Talked with Sam several times and enjoyed our conversations. Looking forward to our next stay in this lakefront house.

Fantastic Lakefront property!

This little house offered more than expected! Very comfortable, plenty of room, a great yard and spot to play in the lake. The public beach and the nearby bike trail were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

First VRBO stay and loved it! Trip itself was for a stressful reason but this house gave us a place to escape to. Peaceful setting. Great sunsets from the porch swing. Would definitely rent again and recommend Sam!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean & up to date. Screened porch was our favorite place. We enjoyed watching the storm clouds roll in over lake. Would stay here again for sure.

I love being on the water. The lake is different every day...sometimes it's like glass and sometimes it's wavy, sometimes it's sunny and sometimes it's cloudy and the best sunsets around.
