This recently built property is located in Downtown Clermont and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a plush sleeper sofa and upgraded features and finishes throughout.
Master Bed is a King, Guest Bed is a Queen and Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Queen.
Walking distance to Downtown Clermontâs own main st (named Montrose St). This quaint downtown area features some awesome new restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more!
Farmers Market every Sunday from 10-2.
Food Trucks first Friday of each month.
A must! New opening of Salt Shack on the water.

We highly recommend that if you are planning to stay longer than (2) weeks that you purchase the Airbnb travel insurance for any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
