This second floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, and private patio with a Weber gas grill. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 3 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 3. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

57 Robber`s Roost offers the convenience of being within a minuteâs walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.
If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.
