Var och en av de tvĂ„ andra rummen har 55 "smart HDTV: s andra rum med en ny drottning-bĂ€ddsĂ€ng med ny bekvĂ€m madrass, det tredje sovrummet har en ny drottning över drottning vĂ„ningssĂ€ng. Det finns ett utomhusbord med plats för 8 för din uteservering eller bara koppla av, besöka och njuta av utsikten. Även pĂ„ plats hittar du en gemensam badtunna som Ă€r öppen Ă„ret runt och en utomhuspool som Ă€r öppen april till oktober. 9:00 - 21:00.

HOUSE RULES 1. Take care of our vacation home as you would your own home. 2. Please remove your shoes while in our home. 3. Please refrain from activities which might result in excessive wear or damage to the home and its furnishings. 4. No jumping on the beds. 5. Please turn off lights and TVs when not in use. 6. Please keep the outdoor grill as clean as possible. Use tin foil if using sauces. If grill is left unusually dirty there could be up to an extra $50 cleaning fee assessed by housekeeping to perform the clean. They are not fun to clean. 7. Lower umbrella and tie-up when not in use. Wind can cause damage if left open and unattended and could break window. 8. Take out your garbage to the trash receptacle in the garage. There is a community dumpster behind the pool if needed. Do not leave garbage on floor outside receptacles. 9. There are plastic trash cans in the garage for recycling. 10. No climbing or sitting on walls. An HOA fine of $!50 may be assessed if reported. 11. The home occupancy shall not exceed 8 people. 12. NO PETS ALLOWED! There is a $250 fine for having pets on the premises, the remainder of your stay is forfeited, and you will be charged for any damage and/or costs associated with cleaning the home due to pets. 13. NO SMOKING in or around the townhomes and the pool/club area. 14. No glass or alcohol allowed in the hot tub and clubhouse pool area. 15. There are additional parking stalls available for your use. Do not park in fire lanes. The HOA may assess a fine. 16. If you do not wish to purchase the VRBO damage protection you will need to provide a Credit Card number prior to check in for your security deposit.

The property itself is very nicely maintained, decorated and well kept. But, if I were to nitpick; we didn’t have any shower gel or soap available for use. The hot is a very long walk from the property & this wasn’t abundantly clear in the description.

Blankets on the master and bunk bed room are very thin, spare blankets are very thin as well, warmer blankets in the colder months would be better. The bulb on the outside light on the north side of the building is burned out.

Large Space with Great Location

Property has everything you need for convenient access to Arches and off road adventures. Large space for families and just minutes from Moab restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful house in Moab

We loved our visit to Moab and this unit. Very equipped kitchen, nice layout, good furniture, clean and love the wall art by Brett Webster. Having the garage was a plus! Great location, only a few miles from town of Moab. We highly recommended this VRBO and hope to return one day

Clean and greatly furnished. Kitchen lay out is sufficient size for a family and appliances are all new and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Large closet and dresser space. Utility tub in garage is very handy.

This place was perfect for our family of four. Could have easily had one more couple with us as we didn’t even use the third bedroom! We loved the layout and how quiet it was at night! Kitchen very well equipped! Highly recommend!

Great Location

We were visiting Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point and stayed in Moab. The place was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property

This is an awesome property to make your basecamp while you explore Moab. Wonderful place to unwind after a long day. I would definitely stay here again. Great property manager as well.

My kids loved the place, their favorite in Moab so far. Super clean and so quiet! Easy to get into town and our favorite rides! It had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again!

I was raised in Moab. My husband at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains of Bishop California We love to camp, fish, hike, ride our ATV's and spend as much time with our family as possible. Most of us live in northern Utah near Salt Lake City. Having our vacation homes in Moab allows us to do just that. We love to gather and go out to explore all the awesome scenery and adventures that Moab has to offer. We often times come upon places I have never seen before. Such fun!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We wanted a place to stay when we came "home" to spend our vacation time with our kids and grandchildren. We all like to go to Moab. Sometimes we get together and sometimes as individual families. What a great place to gather. And of course the grand kids love the access to the hot tub/community pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Rim Village homes are all on one level so no stairs to climb. We love to sit outside relax and listen to the water in the Rim Village water feature located just over the fence. The star gazing at night is spectacular!
Sometimes we just enjoy sitting inside surrounded by the Beautiful unique art and decor we have collected for this home!
Also we enjoy having the two car garage for our car/toys especially on those HOT summer days we have in Moab.
