2 bedrooms 1 bath {queen and 2 twins (or we can convert the 2 twins to a king bed with a king converter) plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cooking accessories.
Washer & dryer with iron & ironing board.
All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
First floor condo with outdoor decks & patios (or ask us about renting both an up and down Shipyard condo for even more room).
Large shared Shipyard pool located just steps away.

Assigned parking spot for 1 car.

Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

We can’t recommend this property enough. The location was perfect, easily walkable to the best parts of Key West. The condo itself was so nice and we were surprised by all the additional amenities the hosts included like koozies, sunscreen, detergent, pool noodles. The pool was great and so close to the room but not at all loud. The hosts were easy to work with with flawless communication. Overall a perfect experience!

Excellent location and so clean!

We are a family of three and this was a perfect place to stay. Very clean and smelled fantastic. Within walking distance of food, shops, and fun kids activities. Would love to stay again!

Location, location, location!!!

Property as advertised. Short walk to Duval Street, Truman park and even the beach. You can pretty much walk everywhere! Very secure location, unit was comfortable and had everything you would need. Pool was great, especially during the hot weather. Nice back deck to sit at with your coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Little Bit of Paradise

Condo location was great…walking distance to Duval Street and all other attractions. Condo was very clean and had all needed for our stay! Enjoyed the pool every day meeting some awesome, friendly people. Will definitely look forward to booking again!

Great Place to Stay

Clean and convenient. Property manager was very competent and attentive. I would stay there again just because of him. He took great care of us. Convenient walking distance to Duval street. Close to pool and added bonus was the back lanai with a grill.

Quiet piece of paradise

This unit is perfect for people looking to explore Old Town Key West while having a quiet haven to return to at the end of the day. Walking to the middle of Duvall Street takes only 5 minutes. Mallory Square and The Southernmost Point are less than a 20 minute walk.

Perfect rental!

Great place, clean. Pool was very nice. Exactly as described. Close enough to walk to things, but far enough away to be out of the noise of Duval Street. Only thing I can suggest is perhaps another shelf in the bathroom. Would definitely book again!

Nice 2 week stay in July

My two teenage kids and I stayed at this property for two weeks recently and really enjoyed the condo, patio, and location in KW. The patio, in particular, was fabulous; the table and chairs under the awning allowed us to be outside without being in direct sunlight and it was a lovely spot to drink coffee and relax. (We could also check from our patio when the pool was less crowded, which was an extra benefit! When there were few people there, we would walk over and take a dip!) The fold-out sofa was the third bed and was very comfortable (yes, my kids took the bedrooms!). Our only kvetch was the lack of cooking pots — there were several frying pans but only one cooking pot and we definitely could have used a couple more. A colander for cooking pasta would have been helpful, too. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our needs and we didn’t want to leave when our two weeks were up!

September escape

Truman Annex is convenient to almost any place of interest in Key West. Warm balmy evenings on the back deck was perfect after a hot September day. Great place to stay if you enjoy walking.

Key West during New Years

Great time was had by all!!! 2 streets over from Duvall so at night the noise was not disturbing but close enough that we could walk over each night to eat, shop or people watch!
