We came here for a family wedding, location was real good

We paid for the pool to be heated, should have been ready when we arrived, don’t believe that some of the sheets were not laundered. The towels were left in the dryer

Great place to stay!

House was very nice and well kept. There were a few minor maintenance issues but overall excellent place to stay with a larger group of 8-10.

Definitely the house to book

This house was great for our family and friends. Conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of beds for everyone. The pool was a hit for the teenagers. We would definitely stay there again.

Lack of communication

Overall our experience was fine. House was spacious and clean. Whole family was comfortable and we all had fun. We had an issue with broken outdoor furniture and the grill, and never heard back when we contacted host, 3 times. We ended up fixing the problems ourselves.

Ok, with caveats

The place is somewhat tattered. The outdoor area was not super clean. Multiple light bulbs though out the place were burnt out. We paid for heat for the duration of our stay, but it wasn't working, so we weren't able to enjoy the pool 3 days of our stay. My husband had to fix the master bath shower. The trashes were completely full upon our arrival. Leaving us no space for our own trash/recyclables. The fire table's LP tank was completely empty upon arrival. The smoke detector from one of the bedrooms was not installed. It was sitting on a table outside of the bedroom. The washing machine is super loud. Management did come and fix the pool and brought a new LP tank. These are things that should be monitored prior to arrival.

Needs maintenance

This is a nice place that needs some care especially around the pool. The screens are torn, so bugs, little lizards and even a squirrel came into the pool area. There was a lot of leaves and debris on the roof where screen ties into the roof. When they cleaned it all sorts of debris fell into the pool area below. Which they did not clean up. No propane for the grill and the grill was filthy. The pool heat is not consistent. The pool net for hand cleaning had 3 big holes in it. The tile in the pool area had grease stains all over it. Inside the house, the handle to operate the shower water, kept falling off. Ice maker in the frig does not work. We were going to have friends over, we were too embarrassed of our pool area. When I talked to the Owner about the condition of the property he asked me to make a list. Getting the propane for the grill my self was suggested. I told him I am on vacation. I am not making up a list of numerous items that needs attention so we can have a barrage of people showing up to take care of the property. I felt that the list was the Owners responsibility. The items I am talking about are not a result of the storm that went thru. It is really poor maintenance of a nice property. I am not an overly fussy person but this is simply wrong to think that I am going to show up and make a list and oversee the people that are coming in to take care of it. Not a nice vacation because of poor care of the property.

All around great.

We happen to make last minute plans due to more family visiting florida. Luckily this house was open the days we needed. We didnt think we were going to be at the house much but the outside pool area kept us home more than we thought. What a fun stay. If you have kids, definitely do the pirate ship tour! What a blast. We went to three beaches but our favorite was lovers beach. Its $8 to park but you take the trolly to almost your own private beach. Great stay. Super responsive owner. We will definitely be back.
