The entire condo has just been remodeled with new floors, kitchen, appliances, furniture, doors and windows etc. etc. This gorgeous beachfront 9th floor condo has water views from every window! The expansive windows fill the rooms with natural light, and full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The brand new beautiful kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, counters, and gorgeous views of the wide open Gulf. The large open floor plan allows for flow between the kitchen, dining area and large living room with wall to wall views of the Gulf. The large living room has brand new coastal inspired furniture, and is fully equipped with cable TV, and wireless internet. The beautiful kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, counters, and gorgeous views of the wide open Gulf. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the essentials: dishes, cups, flatware, pots, pans, cookware and cooking utensils and Keurig coffee maker. The large master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king size bed, & access to the covered balcony. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two queen size beds and a smart TV along with views of the sunrise. Sit on the back covered balcony and watch the gorgeous crimson sunsets over the Gulf. Resort-like amenities at Lighthouse Towers include grills, cabana, shuffleboard, basketball and a tennis court with Pickleball. Awesome location on Sand Key Beach and centrally located to Clearwater Beach, IRB and Belleair and all the fun, restaurants and entertainment the area has to offer. Easy access to St Pete Clearwater and Tampa International Airports. Rental price does not include processing, cleaning, association and taxes if rental period is less than 180 days. 2-Week minimum rental period with 10 days prior for association approval.

Amazing place

For 12 years in a row we have been going to Florida every summer for vacation. We go for 2 weeks. Honestly this time was the first time everything was perfect: condo was clean, updated, had everything we needed, beach was quiet with transparent water. Owner truly knows about quality customer service! We had a wonderful time Thank you!!!

Amazing View

The pictures online does not do this unit justice. It was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean from the stand up shower and the bath tub was amazing. The beach at this location was not crowded at all, that was also a plus. We stayed from 5/30/21-06/13/21 and I'm ready to go back. Laura was also great to work with, she answered all of the questions I had and I could contact her at any time.

I loved it!!! Did not want to leave! The beaches were amazing. I’ve been to a lot of destinations and this was my favorite. Something for everyone. Will definitely get back there ASAP

Great place

The condo had everything we needed and was nicely furnished. We loved the beach chairs, extra beach towels, balcony furniture and real wine glasses. This rental was above our expectations. Looking forward to coming again.
