Beautiful condo! The only negative thing was no dust pan. There was only half of a paper plate to use to sweep up. One of the bathroom mirrors was not clean but other than that it was great!

Amazing Experiance

This was an awesome experience and everything we hoped for as a family wanting a full family vacation. The property, awesome! The Condo, awesome! It was equipped, clean and perfectly described. We had absolutely no issues of any kind. The vacation could not have been better, many thanks to Coastal Vibe Vacations.

Absolutely enjoyable, wish the weather was warmer but Mother Nature doesn’t always adjust to your schedule. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Winter get away

We loved this property. The location was outstanding. Could not ask for better. Fantastic property that is clean and conveniently located. Great amenities such as workout facility and heated pool and hot tub and white sand beach right outside the door. The balcony was a great size for a family and we all enjoyed it and most important to us the unit is handicap accessible with grab bars at the toilets and a roll in shower. It was easy to get the wheelchair around inside the condo as well. We are already planning our return trip.

Wonderful holiday and relaxing stay

As many have written this is a beautifully decorated spacious condo looking out over the Emerald Beach. We made so many family memories and hope to come back next year. We found the permanent neighbors to be friendly and helpful. ( especially the couple in 203) BTW they also Had great things to say about the Coastal Vibe team. My take on that is that Coastal Vibe is like a good neighbor to The permanent resident as well. The things we we appreciate and believe you should know that others may not have mentioned: 1. You can't beat the response time of the Coastal Vibe crew. (Even during a holiday) 2. The photos Coastal Vibe show on their site and descriptions are exactly what you can expect. Along with photos they provide a line drawing of each condo so there are no unpleasant surprises. ( the line drawings go above most other vacation rental companies) 3. While we were in 503 a large storm was forecasted to hit. The Coastal Vibe crew went to work to protect the balcony furniture (something as a owner or a future guest I would appreciate) while doing so they made sure as guest we knew how to stay safe and where to take shelter if needed. I ask other guest that did not use Coastal Vibe if anyone had come around or called/ texted ext. to let them know What to do if the storm hit, they did not! (Again Coastal Vibe went above and beyond what other vacation rental companies provide) Given our experience with the Coastal Vibe team I don't intend to use any other company when visiting Ft. Walton, the Emerald Coast, Gatlinburg or The Blue Ridge Mountains. I wish the Coastal Vibe team had properties all over the states. Family beach Vacay

We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and very clean with plenty of space. Loved that each bedroom had a bath attached and the amenities were great. Super easy and efficient communication throughout the process.

Destin Beach Apartment Unit

Absolutely loved our experience here! Came here with a few friends and we really enjoyed the location and the unit. The view is stunning and the fact that it is on the beach was definitely a plus! Would love to come back.

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at BLU 503 and definitely won't be our last! Everything was perfect! The condo/property is so clean and beautifully decorated. It's not overcrowded and the beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. It's like a little slice of heaven 😊 Can't wait to come back!

Spring break 2025

Loved this condo and the property in general. Condo 503 was clean and absolutely perfect. We are very picky where we stay and didn't have one single complaint. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. View was absolutely perfect and the staff were friendly. We have found our new spot! See you soon!

Perfect Location

The views from this condo were AMAZING! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunset every evening. Plenty of room for us to eat together or to get some space from one another if needed.Had breakfast at the Beachview Grill a short walk down the road, and enjoyed lunch at Magnolia and a great gift shop, Artesano Boutique, a 5 minute drive away. Really enjoyed the Ft. Walton location, nice and quiet but still close to family fun in Destin and about an hour from Pensacola.Great place to stay all around!

Annual beach trip

We do this trip now about 10 years once a year. As a group we decided to come in the fall versus August. It was entirely too hot. This is the first time in the fall. Our guys enjoy playing around of golf. This weather was perfect. We definitely are coming back this time of year.

Family vacation

Family vacation with adult children and their famlies. 7 adults and 2 children. We love cominv down every October and BLU has became our preferred place to stay. We have yet to be disappointed. This condo was perfect for all our needs, the amenities gave us everything we needed. All we had to purchase was our food. Was able to take in qll the ocean/beach time we desired. Wake to breathtaking view of the beautiful sunrise on the beach, spend the day enjoying the beach,pool and hot tub. The nights enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach. Even with a little bit of colder days than normal, it did not disrupt our vacation. Highly recommend.

We love Blu, and have stayed here three years. This unit was somewhat disappointing.

The floors had not been cleaned properly as was evident running around with bare feet. 😞. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet, and many pots and pans that need to be replaced. The bunk beds desperately needed to be painted specially the ladder. We were also concerned there are no longer umbrellas at the pool.

You won’t be “blue” staying at “Blu 503”

This property was amazing! Exactly the space needed for our family of 10. The weather was a little chilly so beach time was short, but we enjoyed together time in the condo. The property manager was a great communicator and set us up for success coming and going. It is close to anything and everything you could need. :) highly recommend! Thanks, Natalie
