Truly beautiful family home set on a manicured 1/3-acre property in McCormick Ranch. Walking distance to two major golf courses, restaurants and every amenity you could possibly need. 10 minutes to downtown Scottsdale and 20 minutes to airport. If you are visiting for Spring Training, Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (home to AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies) is 1.8 miles away, and Scottsdale Stadium (home to SF Giants) is 6 miles away.
Home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (all beautifully remodeled in August 2024), tastefully furnished with everything new, pool, built-in heated spa, outside built-in BBQ, outside fireplace, putting green and every amenity you could possibly need to guarantee a memorable vacation for you, your family and your guests. Oversized 2-car garage for your use.
View the property on the map, and we are in the perfect location on a peninsula surrounded by a lake and the McCormick Ranch Golf Course; on the other side of E. DoubleTree Ranch Road is Gainey Ranch Golf Course and Marguerite Lake.
There are literally miles and miles of walking / running and riding trails right on your doorstep, and endless hiking trails are all close by including Camelback Mountain, North and South Mountain, Pinnacle Peak, Piestewa Peak and many, many more!
Every amenity you could possible need are a short drive away. If you don't want to drive, 11 restaurants, coffee shops and a variety of stores are a quarter-mile stroll from the house in Mercado del Lago (corner of E. DoubleTree Ranch Road and N. Hayden Road).
Our neighbors are our friends and we treat them respectfully, so if you are looking for a party-house this is definitely not the house for you!
Within our community there are tennis courts and a community pool but these are covered by a different HOA; as such, these are not available for tenant use, although there are public tennis / pickle ball courts within a short drive of our home.

âą No smoking, parties, or events.
âą House has a minimum rental period of 30 days to comply with HOA rules.
âą Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check out by Noon - If you need to check-in early or leave late, please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you!
âą Tenant agrees to leave the premises & its contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Do NOT take pool cleaners out of the pool or you will be charged for damage it causes.
âą The occupants shall not: exceed the sleeping capacity, use the premises for any illegal activity, cause damage to the premises or to any neighboring properties or other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. If the Tenants are not abiding by quiet time hours of 10:00 pm (MST-AZ) and 7:00 am (MST-AZ) and the police are called out or the owner receives a violation and/or fine for any disturbances the Tenant will be charged a minimum of $250 or the amount of the actual fine.
âą Booking must match correct number of guests on original booking or up to a maximum of 6 unless agreed with owner prior to occupancy.
âą If using the outside BBQ grill or fireplace, propane must be turned off after every use, to prevent a fire hazard. Same applies to the inside fireplace.
âą Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property. Breach of Smoking or Pet Policy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and a $500 fine per policy breached will be assessed.
âą Reservations are not made by or for anyone under the age of 30. We require at least 1 member of the party to be 30 years old. Violators will be evicted and forfeit all monies.
âą Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises for these reasons: in case of an emergency; to make necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services. Owner will provide renter with 24 hoursâ notice of intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
âą Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona and local laws while on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules will cause tenant to vacate the premises and forfeit all monies.
âą No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet, or phone. Please let us know immediately if any outages occur, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
âą No refunds for early departure.
âą Report maintenance to us so we can handle accordingly. Refunds will not be made for maintenance including, but not limited to, heating, A/C, pools, appliances, TV's, carpets, etc.
âą Linens and towels are provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. The home is fully stocked with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, etc.
âą All keys, remotes, and garage door openers are to be left at the home upon move-out. If not returned you will be charged $50.00 per item.
âą Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, internet service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

âą POOL and SPA:
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises reserved includes access to a pool and spa, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the pool, spa and patio areas.
Spa: The Spa can be heated and there is no extra cost for this.
Pool: The pool is not heated, although it can be for an extra charge due to the exorbitant cost of heating pools in AZ during the winter. If you wish to heat the pool, the cost is $95 per day and must be heated for a minimum of 7 consecutive days. This is to cover the significant amount of propane used to initially heat the pool up to the required 84 to 85 degree temperature. If you heat the pool without paying to do so, you will be charged the full cost (daily rate x number of days of your booking).
Note:
The pool does not have a fence around it. If anyone in your party cannot swim, all guests assume liability for any accident related to the pool or spa.
âą ELECTRICITY: Cost for electricity is considerably higher between the hours of
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If possible, please try to conserve energy use during this time; for example, dishwasher, washer/dryer, heat/AC.
PLEASE NOTE:
We understand accidents sometimes happen. If something gets damaged or broken, we will work with you to resolve the issue at least cost to you. If you choose not to take the damage insurance, any damage costs will be deducted from the refundable security deposit so please be careful and respectful of our home.

Mark and Adrienne welcome you to our home.
We purchased this beautiful home in December of 2020, and have completely redone the inside including fully furnishing it from top to bottom. We also gutted and tastefully remodeled all three bathrooms in August 2024.
We lived in Portland, Oregon for the first two years but this is now our primary home and not an investment or rental property; as such, it is always in pristine condition.
Having a daughter in High School in Scottsdale, we stopped renting our house but as she is now away at college and we plan to travel a lot, we are now making our home available again for rent and working our travel around those times. To comply with our HOAs and our travel needs, we are only able to rent out our house for a minimum of 30 days.
It is truly a beautiful home and we are confident you will have a memorable and enjoyable stay and are sure to love it as much as we do!
