Detta vackra och välutrustade hem är beläget i det eftertraktade Kierland-området i North Scottsdale. Nära till shopping och restauranger på Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter och Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. Detta hem är centralt beläget för all den kultur, nattliv och naturliga skönhet som Valley of the Sun har att erbjuda.

Casa De Palms är en vacker fullt möblerad enda berättelse (INGEN STAIRS) 3 sovrum, 2 bad ensamhus. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och bifogat badrum med duschkabin. Det andra och det tredje sovrummet har båda en drottningssäng och platt-TV. Du hittar också en dubbelsängsäng som du kan sova 7-8 bekvämt. Perfect place for family of 5

Lovely backyard and everything you need for a fun family weekend. Kitchen fully stocked, everything clean and owner very flexible and kind.

Six Week Stay

My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks in the early spring. This was our second stay at the property. As before, the house was clean, stocked and ready to be lived in. The location is perfect for many activities and entertainments. All in all, a very comfortable house in a walkable residential neighborhood. Our dogs demand to be walked often. The hot tub is a great way to relax in the evening. Check-in was painless and Wes was very timely and responsive to any of our questions or concerns.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay. We do think there is an animal living in the ceiling vent in 2nd bathroom. There was always brush falling from vent on toilet. And a dead animal smell recently. Besides that, the house was nice.

Fun Thanksgiving Getaway

Reviewer Comments: Although the weather was cooler than we were expecting, our family had fun staying at this home. Three couples had plenty of room to spread out, cook, watch TV, and play games. The outdoor putting green, hot tub, and pool table were a big hit with our group. Some of us walked home from the Kierland Commons outdoor shopping center, which was closer than we thought!

Way less than what I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very over priced for what you get. Was extremely disappointed in the condition of the property in comparison to what it was advertised. I have reached out to three different people regarding my concerns and did not get one response. Horrible experience with this company. Issues to long to list here but included - house full of dog hair, screen door for patio going out to the pool was broken and basically unusable, TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, other general cleaning and upkeep issues along with lack or response from the company. Would give this a zero rating if I could. I can understand a few issues but reaching out three times to discuss concerns and not getting a response is unacceptable. I even specifically asked to discuss my concerns before doing a review. Apparently they don't care. Buyer beware do not book with Latitude 8.

Good experience

five week stay to hide from the snow back home. House was clean and well-stocked, if a bit worn in places. Quiet residential area in a wonderful location close to Kierland. No heat in the pool, but the hot tub sufficed. Remote work, golf, shopping and exploring. We will be returning next year.

Quick trip

Overall our stay was good. However, some of the lights in the kitchen did not work, the hot tub was 90 degrees for the first 2 days, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and would slid off the toilet at times.

Short visit.

Let me start with the positive. This location is amazing. Close to everything. Extremely convenient. The back yard is nice. The pool, pool table, hot tub and putting green are great. Lots to stay busy at the house. Home has plenty of space and it’s nice to be able to park in the garage. Check in was great and the property manager was easy to work with. The beds were comfy. Some negatives The photos of the house are nicer than the house. It’s an older home. Needs fresh paint, new towels (they were white and stained). The dining room table chairs are stained and stuffing is coming out if some. The house has a weird smell to it. I bought a candle to light when we were home as I’m sensitive to smells. The hot tub needs some repairs. It’s very old and missing some cushions, the pool chairs are not in good shape. If you are looking for location this is it.

Chill party pad

Some little things need to be buttoned up on the property. But mostly it was great. Only issue we had was we left mid day on Saturday to golf and when we got back someone had turned the hose on to fill the pool that was not really low in my opinion. When we got back from golfing around 5ish the pool was overflowing into the yard. I appreciate the effort on keeping the pool up to snuff but I believe the regulator on the hose to turn off when its full is broken is the real problem. Other than that we had a great time and would recommend the property!

Family vacay in Az

The place was perfect for us! Lots to do at the house getting sun in the yard all day and early evening. The shaded patio and umbrella was perfect to provide shade for our 9month old. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed the pool table and putting green. Wes, our property manager was easily reached by phone and helped make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway in North Scottsdale

Just spent 5 days at Casa de Palms with the family and had a great time. Communication with Wes, the property manager was fantastic leading up to and through the trip. The house was well maintained, was in overall good condition with everything you'd hope to expect find working, working. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to all major transportation routes. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and the kids loved using the putting green. Other nice thing for familiies is the bedrooms for the kids and the master bedroom are on separate sides of the house, so very easy to put the little ones off to bed and still be active. Overall would recommend!

Great house and location

House had a great outdoor area that we utilized every day of our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The master ceiling fan wouldn’t spin very fast , but that was the only issue, and we had a great time. The house is very close to the Kierland shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Camelback and around 3 hours to the Grand Canyon. We would stay here again.
