From the moment you enter this massive three bedroom apartment you will love the cool blue-gray tones and the soft wooden floors. The minimalist decorating style delivers maximum impact and you will find it hard leaving for your day of exploring enchanting Dubai.
Featuring an open living space, with a formal dining area flowing into lounge and out on the massive oversized terrace with numerous different seating areas, your hardest decision will be choosing where to relax with your book! The kitchen is also huge in size and has everything you will need to cook up a Master Chef style meal in the evening. Three bedrooms with varying bed sizes are all fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so comfy and soft it will be hard to get up in the morning. The bathrooms also feature Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities that will leave you smelling great all day.
The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium, communal park and secure on site parking.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
