Take in the view from your living area or enjoy the Cape air on the common deck.
Condo has two bedrooms (both queen beds, one ensuite) and is part of a 13-unit desirable waterfront condo association, Jones Locker. It has all the amenities - Samsung 43" LEDTV, A/C-Heat split systems, wireless internet, BoseÂź WaveÂź SoundTouchÂź wireless music system IV with CD-player and Bluetooth, dishwasher and access to a common washer/dryer. There is a remote parking space a short walk from the condo.
Linens and towels are provided. New windows installed April 2023.
Walk into the bay from the common deck for a swim at high tide, or jump on your bike for a quick trip to Herring Cove Beach. Walk or bike to T Dance, restaurants, shows and all that Ptown has to offer. Enjoy the white sandy beach and swimming pool at The Provincetown Inn just a few blocks away, or take a walk on the beach at low tide just steps from your front door. The most gorgeous sunsets await you!
Bicycle rack on the property and several bicycle shops in town offer rentals.
On-site shared coin-operated commercial grade washer and dryer.
Driveway in front of the building is convenient to unload luggage, groceries, etc.
Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 adult guests. Non-smoking unit, no BBQ grills or pets allowed. The condominium association rules strictly prohibit TENANT PETS and ALL BBQ GRILLS.

5.7% Massachusetts accommodations tax
6% Provincetown accommodations tax

Provincetown is my favorite place in the world. The condo is situated in the quiet West End of town and has everything you need for a relaxing, fun and restorative getaway or vacation. With two bedrooms and two full baths, it's the perfect property for one couple hosting guests, two couples or even the solo adventurer who wants a little extra space for an office or meditation room.
