Cozy Cottage in Perfect Location

It’s a great small cottage on the bay. Quiet, clean and a great residential location. It will become our go-to place in P-Town.

Cozy Provincetown Waterfront Rental

Very cute and cozy Provincetown rental right on the water. Although other rentals nearby, it felt private. Easy walk into town and Relish and Red Inn are just a few minutes walk down the street.

Float to everything and great beach for pets.

This very cozy cottage is right on the water of a dog friendly beach and very walkable to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Perfect location!

We had a great week at the cottage. The location was absolutely perfect! The cottage is small but enough room for two people. With the amazing outdoor spaces, we weren’t inside much! Would definitely stay again. Lyn was great with communication. All around wonderful experience!

Amazing

This was an amazing visit. The cottage was the perfect size for my husband and me. We loved that it was on the Main Street (Commercial) but far enough down to be quiet and away from all the crowds. We loved being able to walk everywhere but could come back for a short rest midday. We met great neighbors in the next door boathouse and had nice conversations as we enjoyed the water just off the deck. Perfect location for a stay in Ptown!

What a great place!

WOW! What a fantastic place to stay! The beach was right out front and our dog absolutely loved it! The area is quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest but we were also able to walk into town every day! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Labrador Landing

On the ocean, a peaceful simple cottage. tiny house living but 2 floors and double French doors that open it up to breezes and the sound of the sea. Easy to walk into town or enjoy a bite at the red inn just down the street.

Cutest beautiful little cottage in peaceful area

The cottage is tiny but well laid out, so there's space for everything you need if you're mindful. The refrigerator is just a drawer, so that's something to keep in mind when shopping. Our neighbors in the boathouse were great and because that house has its own deck on the water, we essentially had the big shared deck on the water to ourselves. The area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful and we slept great. Had an absolutely magical 10th anniversary week in our favorite place in the world (and we've lived in a lot of places so trust me: P-town is fantastic). Tiny niggle: try as we might, we could not get the back door to lock. There was no traffic going by so we just left it, but the owners should look into that.

Wonderful West End Experience!

Clean. Fantastic location. Loved the sound of the tides lapping beneath the deck each day. Just the right size for two people. The outside space was the best part of the experience. Owner was out of town when we arrived but she made sure that we had contact info for the guy that could help us if needed. Looking forward to a return visit next September!

Great Location!

The cottage is darling, small, but fine for two people. Really nice outdoor space, but unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay so we weren't able to utilize that space as much as we would have liked to. The location is fabulous. My only complaint was there was quite a bit of dog hair on the bed and upstairs-- laying out my clothes on the bed, I found there was a fair amount of fur from previous guests...

A gem

The cottage is a tiny oasis set back from the street and almost on the water; you have direct access via a shared deck. It is a lovely space to enjoy the sound of the waves at night and to get up in the morning to run the dog on the beach. Bit of a hike from the center of town (15 min walk or 5ish bike) but with Relish just down the street you can still get a morning coffee. Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler.

Amazing location, very cute!

It’s a very cute cottage, and a really great location. I loved the deck. The cottage had some electrical surges so the microwave, TVs and dishwasher didn’t work while there, but told the owner and suspect will be fixed. That also caused the WiFi to be in and out. I spent the majority of time on patio, so that didn’t bother me, but my cousin likes to sleep to tv, so for her it was an issue.
