Welcome to the neighborhood of Highland Meadows, located by The Elephant Rocks Golf Course. This custom home 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect vacation spot for you! Walking distance to the golf course, the lake, and only a few minutes from downtown Williams!! The front and rear covered patios give you a great space to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. There is an outdoor fire pit, an open concept kitchen for entertaining, great internet, TV, comfortable bedding and a stunning fire place/new furnace to keep you warm this winter!!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Wonderful stay with easy drives to Grand Çanyon, Flagstaff, and national forest nearby. House was clean and equipped with all that we needed. Would stay again.

Fantastic and comfortable stay close to everything

We had a tremendous time at this wonderful, comfortable and quiet home! Kids, parents and grandparents traveled for a long "Polar Express" getaway and this was a perfect home! It had everything we needed, was quiet and close by to Williams! Great communication, easy access and so clean and cozy!!

Great location, close but not in the middle of things

Perfect accommodations for our little group of family, friends and kiddos. The house was nice and beds were comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Great Location

This was a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff. The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown Williams. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Place in the pines

Patio home located near the golf course and Cataract Lake. Home is open concept with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Neighborhood is very safe just like the rest of the community. Michael the owner is available and responsive to any thing you need. Great place to stay in Williams.

Perfect spot for all northern AZ!

Property as listed. Cleanest VRBO ever. Close to everything in town by 5 min. Easy drive to Grand Canyon, Page, Sedona and remote Sycamore Falls. Communication with owner was immediate. Only recommendation would be to have some family type games and/or cards at the property.

Great getaway

Took my 83 year old Mom out of the heat and into some high country for some cool weather. Pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely gorgeous and the owner ensured that every need was met. I will absolutely rent this property again if available. Thank you to all the locals in Williams as well for the hospitality they provided to me and my family.
