You’re going to love this! The house is central to everything. World-Famous beaches 15 minutes away. Explore up-and-down the coast... Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Coquina, Longboat, Lido, Siesta, etc. etc. Downtown Bradenton (incl Bishop Museum, RiverWalk and Pier 22 Restaurant) only 1 mile away. Tampa and Sarasota attractions, including the Ringling Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Busch Gardens, St. Pete's Pier, wildlife Preserves all around… fun for the whole family!

This is a new 4 bedroom/3 bath Key West style home. Open, light and bright. Heated pool in the backyard! Come work remotely with office/desk space in one of the rooms... including an extra monitor, mouse and printer upon request. High-speed 400MB internet. Two master bedrooms w/private bathrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen. Equipped with 4 TV's... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime Video are all included! We understand families need toys, books and beach gear while on vacation... so we're sharing those too!

Pets need prior approval from the owner. Non-refundable pet fee will be required if accepted. Arlo security system on the front of the property.

Girls trip

Kevin was a great host, very responsive. The water pressure was a little low but once we figured out we could only run one thing at once it was fine. The house was super clean. Pool was great to have. The beds very comfortable. Had a little problem figuring out local channels on tv but we preserve and it all came together. We came to golf so didn’t spend time at the beach but it is close by. Would rebt again.

Love this house!

We loved this house! It was super clean, well designed, comfortable beds and sheets and a really nice pool. It was only 10 minutes away from the IMG Soccer academy so we were able to see our grandson play daily. Kevin was a super host, always responding in a timely manner to our requests and concerns. We will return to this place!

Beautiful home, great communication

This house is perfection, just what VRBO was meant to be, so easy! Photos are accurate, but the place is even bigger than it looks online. House is well-stocked, with little extras (I see you garbage bags). We highly recommend!

Beautiful home in great condition

We enjoyed our stay. The home owner was very responsive prior to booking the home and during the stay. The home is in good condition and it’s convenient to many locations. We would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

Stay in July

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for 7 without feeling crowded. The kids loved the pool after a day on the beach. We were close to Mayaka Elephant Conservation, which was an interesting place to visit.

Beautiful house including everything you need

This house was spacious, and perfectly staged with all of the furnishings and accessories that our families needed (and more). Kevin was incredibly responsive and answered all of of our questions very quickly which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying at this property when visiting the Bradenton/North Sarasota area.

Fabulous get-away space

I was looking for a space where family and friends could come and go as they pleased. This property is even better than expected. Lots of space, everything you'd need to be comfortable and the backyard pool area is amazing. I plopped myself out there for two days and never moved my car. I would definitely return again.

Hurricane Ian

I was misplaced out of my home due to electrical issues and had been staying at the Marriott for two weeks when Hurricane Ian became a threat. Before I could get approval for extended stay at Marriot, all the rooms were booked. No hotels to be found within a 100 mile range. I quickly turned to varbro. You can’t book for that day but I took my chance to that the owner would and let me go in that day if I paid extra. They did just that and with in an hour of being out of the Marriot I was safely secure in this gorgeous paradise type home. I felt like a Queen in the master suite. Shortly after arriving, all the windows were boarded up and I breathed a sense of security as this storm was a Cat 4. It was just me and my pup. Because everything was so intact n maintained (wires tucked) I never lost power as so many did! I was grateful to have ac n a stove. The pool outside was glorious n private. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everything was new, clean and pristine. The property manager introduced me to the neighbor knowing I was by myself and was very nice! Well supplied for a rental in the kitchen n other areas. I also saw in a closet beach stuff ad well as enough stuff (high chair, porta crib, etc) to support an infant. Hands down Five Star

This place was amazing.

This place was beautiful. We felt like home. Quite area, close to stores. The owner Kevin was prompt in responding to my questions. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was beautiful. The pool area is perfect for people of all ages. We did not want to leave. We had asked to extend our stay but not surprised that someone else had already rented it after our stay. Grab this place quick if it’s available. I have zero complaints! Thank you

Great family getaway

We stayed here with our family and it was a great setup for our family. The family had plenty of room to gather together in the living area. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for our family to stay comfortably.

We love taking our kids to Florida's best beaches, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, mini-golf, Mixon's Orange Grove, Busch Gardens, etc. We enjoy living in Washington, but Florida is our warm weather paradise. We want to share our place with others while we're not there. We also want to travel new places with the kids as they grow older.
