The house is 200 square meters, has a garden, a furnished terrace, a private swimming pool.
Also warm and well appointed, it has five bedrooms with five double beds, two bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax after an intense day.

The following facilities are available: WiFi, Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Fan, Barbecue. It should be noted that the accommodation is composed of a house and two outbuildings. Only the house is equipped with a bathroom and a shower room.

You will stay in a peaceful area, 1.9 km from the center of the village and 8 minutes by car from the pond.
All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping a supermarket "Lidl" is 14 minutes away by foot.
The location of the lodging will be an asset to discover : the Arena at 3 min, the beaches of Soustons at 15 min, the Pontoon of the lake of azure at 14 min, and many others still...
