Very nice surprise.

My wife and I were surprised by the condition of condo. We have rented condos in Florida in the past and this is at the top of our list. Everything was in very good condition and working order. The location was excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to next year.

We loved staying in Win San C101. It's so convenient to Flagler, walk out the door to the pool and a few steps further to the beach. We are wanting to rebook it again for next year. The only downside for us is that there wasn't a pull-out couch and just a couch. But this is definitely something that we can make work if we need to.

Love this condo

We have been staying at Win-San for 30+ years and it is always the best. Been in C101 for a few years and it's always great. Love the new couch. Always look forward to coming here. Tara and her employees are amazing and always go above and beyond and are easy to reach. So happy to see the beach toys we left were still there. Kinda sad that something happen to the green chairs we left though and the dish rags we bought disappeared. We are ready and can't wait for next year. Thanks again.

Always awesome

We love the unit and staying directly on the beach. All of the staff at the management company are helpful. This is definitely our oasis twice a year (Memorial Day and Labor Day)!

Excellent

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in this unit before and it was just as beautiful. Everything was great, the pool area was clean and quiet. It was nice to stay during a not so busy week because we really got to enjoy the pool and beach. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great location & beautiful

Win-San is the perfect location to go for a walk, shop, or eat on Flagler. It is a quiet condo complex with friendly owners, beautiful views and easy access to the beach, and a great pool! Our unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Would recommend to everyone visiting NSB!

Wonderful Visit

Beautiful condo, lovely community. Can't wait to come back! The condo was tastefully decorated and well equipped. Nice ocean view from the porch where we enjoyed the glider chairs with ottomans. Easy walking distance to dining and shopping.

Exceeded Expectations!

The Unit was very clean and had a comfortable home feel to it. We have stayed at Win-San almost every summer since 2003 and it was the best Unit we have stayed in. We loved it so much we reserved it for next year before our stay was even over.

This is a beautiful condo! It is decorated perfectly for a beach home. We could not have asked for a better place to relax and get away. The distance to the beach, the pool, and local restaurants make it a great place to stay. The condo has everything you need from comfortable beds to the kitchen with any cooking or baking tool you could need. We really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I came to NSB for a five day mini vacation. We stayed in C-101 and everything was so nicely decorated and comfortable - a beautiful condo! The weather was perfect - we watched the sun come up every morning and even saw an eclipse of the moon. We enjoyed the pool and, of course, the view of the ocean. Location is great and we are looking forward to another stay at Win-San in February of 2022!

Amazing unit! We keep coming back!

We love this unit and this condo overall. It is a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. We park our car and typically don't move it until we leave (unless we make a grocery run - which is also close). We love having the convenience store across the street and our kids love it too. We keep coming back because we love this location and unit!

Excellent Unit - Great place to stay!

We have stayed in this unit for many years, and we always look forward to our next visit. This unit has all of the amenities that you need for your relaxing vacation. It is decorated nicely. Very comfortable King bed in the Master Suite. The addition of two full beds to the second bedroom is a nice touch. This unit is located close to the pool and the on-site laundry facility. Win-San sits right on the beach. We love that you can park your car and walk to all of the restaurants and shops during your stay! Can't wait for our next visit to this excellent unit!

Everything was wonderful, clean, fully stocked, very nice decor. The only issue we had was with the very soft mattresses. Of course that is a person preference issue, but we prefer a firmer mattress to support out aging bodies. LOL. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovey place.

Our stay was good except the mob of teens that were out in front of the condo on the beach July 4th. They were causing havoc for our condo and families. They were coming into the pool area and being disrespectful. The management or condo association needs to address this with the police. The room was great and everything was good.

Love WInSan and cant wait to come back

Hello, We love our condo at WinSan. C-101 is in a great spot and we love staying there for 2 weeks. The only complaints we would have is the kitchen supplies are extremely limited. I actually bought a non-stick frying pan and left it in the room this year. There is also no deeper non-stick frying pans of any kind which can make it hard to cook anything in large quantities. There is limited big mixing bowls and no baking pans of anykind. There is also ZERO cooking knives which is my biggest complaint. They have a bunch of steak knives but there is no cooking knives of any kind(Chefs knife, etc.) We cook all of our meals while we are there and it makes it kinda difficult. Other than the kitchen, the master bed seems to be getting a really soft but thats not a big deal. Thank you for having a great condo and we cant wait to come back next year.

Unit C-101 Stay

My family has been staying with Win-San for over 20 years. It is always the highlight of our year. We really loved our trip this year. There were just a few things that needed to be fixed or things that need to be done for the future of C-101. I mentioned a couple of these last year and nothing was done so maybe they will get done this year. When it comes to the unit, we really love staying here. There are just a few things that need to be fix or replaced. I stated last year, the mattress in the master bedroom is really old and you sink into it pretty bad. Along with the old comforters that who knows that last time they were washed. I actually washed ours cause they had a smell to them. Also, the rug in the living room has been there for years. It has been seriously wore out and badly needs to be changed. The vacuum really doesnt work anymore. I try to keep the unit clean and its really hard to sweep with it. The only other things we need to say are about the cleaning. If the cleaning fees continue to go up, they really need to actually take some time and clean the units. Ours was pretty dirty again. There was trash under the beds and on the floors. Also found fingernail clippings on the floor which is pretty gross. The rugs had not been vacuumed. I took one of the mats outside and beat it out for 10mins just to get it clean. I actually bought a Swifter WetJet for the room and had to sweep and mop everything due to the floor being really dirty. My kids feet were black. Our tables needed to be wiped off and I ran a duster throughout the house. The little things really matter if they are going to keep raising the rates of the condo and the cleaning fees. Thank you
