This property was everything we had hoped for. We especially appreciated the beach toys and supplies and the fully stocked kitchen. The only challenge we had was our code didn’t work for entry when we arrived. We called into the office and received support immediately. We were able to get an updated code within 10 minutes.

Great Ocean Condos and Homes manage this property, and they are very responsive, to emails or phone calls. However, the property itself is in much need of a facelift. Everything is older and it shows. The cleaning at this unit was subpar. Things weren't dusted and the floor in the bathroom where the tile meets the shower wasn't cleaned. Whoever cleaned, just did the surface level stuff. I guess my expectations are too much, but when I go to plug in a lamp that was unplugged and see bugs on the floor, I don't feel the place was property cleaned. The lamp bulb was also burned out. The fire alarm in the unit went off at 5:30am, they did come out and change it out for safety reasons. The cabinets had paint or the laminate peeling on the corners and the master bed dipped in the middle, so everyone rolled to the center of the bed.The view was great and it had a nice pool and deck for people. I think with a facelift and a better cleaning, the unit would be perfect.

Amazing place

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was really nice and well kept. Short walk to the beach with private access. We will be staying here again.

Perfect Holiday Get Away

This property was clean and updated. We had plenty of space and provided supplies for a great weekend. It was so quiet and peaceful as opposed to a busy hotel.

Fun! Thoughtful Host

We had a great time, Beautiful views and morning sunrises! Steps away from the beach. Spacious! and wonderfully equipped, we even fund beach toys for our 2 year old son. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great Spring Break stay for a family

The condo was absolutely beautiful and so well kept! When there was a slight issue with our door code when we were checking in they were super responsive and solved right away. The location was great and the beach beautiful. It was great this condo provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach toys! We would most definitely book this condo again!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. A couple of minor issues arose during our stay, but the management company responded quickly and brought about satisfactory resolutions to everything. The property as a whole appeared to be well maintained and kept up properly. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained as well. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

The condo itself was great and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the extra beach chairs there if we needed them. The view was frustrating when the cars were parked right up in front of the building. It took away from the view that the condo has. The pool was clean and warm the first day, however it seemed that the heat was turned off and with the high winds, it wasn't cleaned of leaves and debris each day. We also had issues with our lock when we arrived, and had to wait on maintenance to come fix it. They responded quickly and were able to fix it.

Beautiful beachfront place

It was absolutely wonderful here! The place is updated and so cute! The views are amazing of the beach from the room and the living room! It had everything we needed! It was a perfect vacation with our baby for our ten-year anniversary. The location is perfect as it to the non-drive beach so there is still a life guard but it’s not as busy. Highly recommend! is on the drive beach but you can walkoff of it
