Grass was not cut and was knee high in the front yard. I contacted host and they advised that they would contact there people and the grass was never mowed. I advised there were roaches around the sink in the kitchen and they were once again contacting there people to take care of this and nothing was done that I know of. I received a notification that a pet deposit was required just days before I arrived when I told them 2 months ago I was bringing a pet for a competition and the deposit information was hidden way down in the listing. I receive conflicting information on check out times one says 10:00am and one says 11:00 am not really a big deal because I will be out at 7:00 am but seams weird that you get 2 different times. The house over all was a good location for what I needed.

We had a nice visit. Overall it was a nice place to stay. We only had a few problems. Most of the electrical sockets in the kitchen didn’t work. Needs a chair or 2 in the master bedroom. Outside shrubs and vines needed to be cut back, was too overgrown. Overall, we had a nice visit!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.When we arrived, the property was in very poor condition. The grass was extremely overgrown, trees were growing over the entrance, and the stairs appeared unsafe and in serious need of attention. I immediately brought the condition to the host’s attention and was told the overgrowth would be addressed. It never was.The following morning, we found a live cockroach inside the refrigerator, another live cockroach on the kitchen floor, and a mouse running inside the property. Everything was documented and reported to both the host and Vrbo.We ultimately had to completely vacate the property. We were traveling with members of our cast, so leaving on short notice meant scrambling to find alternative accommodations and incurring significant additional expenses.What was especially frustrating was Vrbo’s response when I requested a refund. I was told that bugs are normal because the property is surrounded by trees. I completely understand encountering insects outdoors in a wooded area. However, cockroaches inside the refrigerator and a mouse actively running inside the home are not simply “normal bugs.”This was not about cosmetic imperfections or expecting a perfect property. We encountered serious cleanliness, pest, maintenance, and safety concerns that made us unable to continue our stay.I strongly recommend that prospective guests carefully consider these issues before booking.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect, it was 15-20 minutes away from all the attractions that we going to see. We would definitely stay here again

House and location as described, large. Yard showed that other dog owner renters did not clean up properly. Rental management co fellow is available for questions, but asked us to tell him in case we decided to leave early due to weather (which we ended up doing), just so he could get it cleaned immediately. Since no partial refund was offered, I found it annoying to be asked to report in.

Great for Families

This was only a 15 min drive from Chattanooga and great for our large family/cousins...who decided to take a trip from Atlanta but didn't want to drive back home.

Good budget stay

We stayed here overnight on our way to Florida. This home was a great price for what we needed. My family was able to be comfortable and stay together during our travel. We loved the layout and comfort the house provided after our long drive.

My Stay

The house was nice some of the sheets on the bed had hair on them but overall it was nice the rooms were a nice size I came in town from Alabama to take my kids too the Aquarium very nice and quiet neighborhood the neighbors were very nice

This is definitely one of the most cost effective properties in Chat for large groups. It's not the best location but that's definitely forgivable.

Very roomy

Loves staying here. The dryer didn’t work very well so I found a laundry mat but I would stay here again loved the space and outside porches.
