Njut du bor pÄ den stora södra veranda. Ta din söta te.

Vi finns pÄ den nedre sidan av Missionary Ridge. Slaget vid Missionary Ridge utkÀmpades hÀr pÄ November 26, 1863. Förbundsmedlemmarna lÀger i den plats dÀr detta hus byggdes 2016. Det finns för rullstolar och en tom tomt intill för spill parkering. Vi Àr husdjursvÀnliga och har en trevlig inhÀgnad gÄrd. Det Àr en 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, vardagsrum, matrum med en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i köket. BekvÀma möbler och mjuka sÀngar för ditt sovande nöje. Jag lÀmna toalettartiklar och frukost. Downtown Chattanooga Àr bara tvÄ miles away. TvÀrs över gatan har vi Shuffleboard, hÀstskor, picknickbord med en grill och en boccia domstol. TrÀdgÄrden pÄ nÀsta riva upp var pÄ Hamilton County Ledar- trÀdgÄrdsmÀstare Show 2013. Promenad genom trÀdgÄrden, njuta av utsikten över Chattanooga, och sitta ner med Mermaid Fountain med guldfiskar, och lÄt dina bekymmer försvinner.

This property was such an adorable cottage. It was convenient to Rock City and Lookout Mountain, as well as to Ruby Falls. A bit of a drive to get to the Missionary Train Ride, though. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly; she came over to introduce herself, which I really thought was nice of her to do.

Perfectly sized for a family gathering & we enjoyed the front porch swing. Minor negative was that description mentioned that the house is wheelchair accessible but the master bed is very high and there are no bars near the walk-in shower. Host lives nearby and made sure to welcome us in person. Home is well-positioned to drive to different parts of Chattanooga area.

Vacation with the dogs

Home was comfy and just what the listing said. The owner was super nice and stopped in to say hello which is always a nice personal touch. The house was super spacious and definitely spent time a lot on the couch. This house wasnt lacking in supplies we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Spring Break

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There were families and children playing we felt exactly like a home away from home. All of the attractions are a short easy drive away. We had a wonderful getaway!

I grew up in Philadelphia, Tn on a small horse farm. I moved to Chattanooga to go to college and have stayed here since. Like kudzu my roots go 6 feet under.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I had this property build for a vacation rental. I own the whole block. The other houses are yearly rentals. I have been playing Monopoly in my neighborhood since 1983. There are 2 other short term rentals on this same block, Ridgedale Roost and Kathy's Kottage, Thatcher's Mill House and Makin' Memories for large family events.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cover the follow dog breeds: Dobermans, Pit bulls, and Chows.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
