Steps to the Beach-1 BD Condo-Excellent Location!!

Looking for a special gem steps from a private beach shore? Well this charming 1 Bedroom condo is wonderful for work or play. Our unit has a fully-functioning kitchen, a private bedroom leading to an on-suite, a futon and a quaint space for both dining while looking outside at a gorgeous Florida view! Our balcony faces north with a partial ocean view yet the ocean waves are mesmerizing. Great for vacationing or long-term stays for "space-related" contractors. It is clean, private and relaxing!

The space
Each unit at the Royal Mansions is individually owned and operated by the condo owner. Treat this space as if it were your home. Shop for groceries and cook with care. Basic essentials are available in the unit.

Guest access
Access to the unit is via private code entry. Gate to pool and beachfront require a unique code as well. Parking is gated. All codes will be provided upon booking.

The laundry room is located on site in a locked structure with coin or credit card operated washer and dryer units.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, comfortable and best of all just steps to the beach! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, we usually have to wash dishes after every meal but here we were able to eat three meals a day and only run the dishwasher once per day. Linens and bathroom necessities were also supplied in abundance.

Beautiful getaway!

Love this property, been coming here for years. This specific condo was right by the pool with a nice view. Clean and spacious! Well stocked and cozy :)

4th of July getaway

It was a nice beach getaway. We had a beautiful breeze during our visit so while it was hot out it wasn’t horrible. We enjoyed both the pool and the ocean while visiting. There was an amazing full moon rise each night.

Amazing trip with my Grandson

The size and location was perfect for our plans. Enjoyed the pool, beach and our visit to Kennedy space center. Also took a ride to Titusville to see the Manatee. The perfect vacation with my 12 yr old grandson! We made the best memories!

Great place to stay

Condo was clean, great size for two people, very well stocked, nice quiet beach and plenty of good restaurants nearby. We saw two launches while we were there. Our only issue was that the gate code was changed mid week and we got locked out into the beach. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent place to stay

My partner and I had a great time. Communication was clear and check-in very easy. The apartment is neat, clean, and has everything we needed for a pleasant week in Cape Canaveral. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend

The condo was perfect, had everything we needed, beach towels, toaster, blender, and even an ice maker. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, the towels were very soft, much needed after a long day at the beach, and the bed was very comfortable! Bonus was the balcony with a partial ocean view! The condo is in a great location, short walk to the beach, where we saw sea turtles, close to many restaurants (highly recommend Fish Camp Grill and Fish Lips) we even saw a launch right from the beach! The owner communication was great, Donna was very quick to respond. Thank you Donna for renting us this fabulous condo!

We had to leave because of mold and mildew issues because we have allergies to these substances.

Property was clean and well located. Mold or mildew in the air conditioning system forced us to leave because of allergies.

My son and I went down for spring break and LOVED this condo. They supply a number of items that was a nice touch. The pool and beach is private. The condo is nicely decorated. Will definitely rent this place when we return for another trip!!

Stayed at Royal Mansions several times and prefer it. The owner of the condo was very receptive and communication via VRBO was easy.

Our little paradise in Coco Beach

The property is absolutely beautiful and it is also very clean. The unit is located on a second floor just merely one flight of stairs away from the pool and the beach. I was surprised of the many “extras” provided to us that made our vacation even more special and worry free. We were provided with plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The unit is nicely decorated and comes with a well equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking a meal or just sitting at the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. The unit has direct beach access next to the pool, and the owner kindly provided beach chairs and towels for her guests comfort and convenience. I also have to say that the owner was very responsive and attentive to my needs when I communicated with her during my stay. I highy recommend this unit if you are looking to relax and stay away from the crowds in a beach-style resort property.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was great, steps from the beach and within a short drive to the shops and restaurants at Cocoa Beach. I was impressed that coffee, creamer, and a few other necessities were provided. Most rentals that we’ve stayed at we had to bring everything. I would definitely come back!
