Våra tre sovrum / 2. 5-bad Villan ligger i Palmetto Dunes-bara en kort promenad från stranden. Det ligger på Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, och mycket nära till många andra. Hilton Head Island är en golfares dröm går i uppfyllelse ". Måndag natten gratis Golf klinik. Gratis Tennis Expo på måndagskvällen. GRATIS 2 TIMER DAGLIGT TENNIS baserat på tillgänglighet. Upplev en oförglömlig semester för hela familjen - tennis, kajakpaddling, ridning, Dolphin watch, etc. Speciella rabatter på golf, tennis och uthyrning av kajaker och kanoter. En gratis dune buggy tjänsten reser hela Palmetto Dunes och Shelter Cove. Vårt hem vardagsrummet finns en sectional soffa, ett skrivbord, 50 platt-TV ", DVD, och en stereo. Vardagsrummet öppnar för det rymliga däcket. Morgonkaffe på däck med utsikt över lagunen är ett bra sätt att börja dagen. Köket är fullt utrustat och inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla sängar har nya madrasser och med oktober 2016. Den första våningen sovrummet har en king size-säng och en anslutande bad. Det finns en 40 "platt-TV med DVD i sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har tillgång till däck från sin skjutdörr. Befälhavaren bad är nyrenoverad med en stor duschkabin. Första våningen har också ett pulver rum.

Den andra våningen har två stora sovrum - ett med en dubbelsäng och den andra med två twin-size sängar. Ett badrum förbinder sovrummen. Båda sovrummen har 32 "platt-TV och en DVD.

Måndag kvällar inte bara ha en fri golf klinik och utställning på 4:00 s. m. på Jones kursen, men det är också den natten för tennis utställning på 5:30. m på Palmetto Dunes Tennis. Njut av gratis vin, öl eller saft och titta på tennis proffsen spelar en spännande match.

Solstolar finns också tillgängliga för dig att njuta av.

Njut av lunch och / eller middag på Dunes House. Inomhus och utomhus sittplatser. Stoppa genom för en läcker måltid, en uppfriskande drink och fantastisk utsikt över Hilton Head Island bästa strand. Big Jim är en annan stor restaurang i Palmetto Dunes. Big Jim är känt för goda hamburgare.

Glömt solkräm eller läppbalsam, osv, har de sanddyner hus ett brett spektrum av småutgifter.

We had a wonderful time here! This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. Overall the house was tidy and it’s somehow even bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions. It was nice and quiet, but just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the pool, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Just like Home

Fully equipped with kitchen dishes, utensils, glasses etc. bedrooms and bathrooms had good linen supply for more than the five of us. Deck was a nice feature. Ample closet space in every room.

Three day Getaway

We had a great time. The downstairs was very nice. We felt that the upstairs was more suited for kids or young adults. However, this was a minor issue. Location was perfect for our needs. We would rent again.

Another great PD vacation!

Will rent this place again and again!

Our stay was everything we could ask for, and more. The villa is very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated, making it a cozy, comfortable place to relax and feel at home. While we did not cook any meals during our stay (just too many great restaurants to visit!), the kitchen was well equipped and ready for use! Working with our host was as quick and easy as could be expected...on a scale of 1-10, our host Kathy gets a 12! Add the 2 hours/day of free pickleball court time...who could ask for anything more? We will certainly be back to Palmetto Dunes, and this will be the first property we will look to rent!

Queens Grant Palmetto Dunes

Nice condo in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. Owner is ver friendly and responsive. Easy check in/out. Beach is about 15-20 minute walk, however there is an on call free shuttle service. I was disappointed by the pools, very simple and the area around them seemed to be neglected, not well maintained.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the unit at Queens Grant! The location to the beach was walkable and my kids loved the close proximity to the General Store. The unit was clean and well equipped (the air fryer was a wonderful addition!) Tony and Kathy were extrememly easy to work with and so kind. Highly reccommend this unit!

Outstanding Stay

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The condo is perfect for a family, and the Jack and Jill bedrooms/bath upstairs was a huge plus. The updates to the condo make this place a great spot for your vacation. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to HHI.

Great location and nice villa!

My family and I had a wonderful week stay at this nice villa. Check-in was easy and the villa was just like in the photos. Owner gave good instructions for check-in and suggestions during our stay. Great location and villa is close to everything. We rode our bikes several times a day to different places close to the villa. The beach is a 10-13 min walk but there is a free shuttle to the beach if you don't want to walk. We enjoyed the free pickleball hours that were complimentary with this stay. Thank you. King bed was comfortable. No complaints. I would certainly stay here again!

Great Location & Hosts

The house was perfect for two families. We had plenty of space. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. We never walked with our supplies, but to just get to the beach, it was a nice walk. Our hosts were quick to respond to a question and very helpful! :)

Great Getaway

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Great host who was very quick to answer questions, and overall a great stay!

Wonderful property in a great location

Beautiful spacious unit that has everything a family needs for a great vacation. The Villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a five minute bike ride to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Two hours a day of tennis/Pickleball time included is a definite plus! My teenagers also enjoyed the golf course driving range next to the pickleball courts. 10 minute bike ride in the opposite direction will get you to the Shelter Cove with all the restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall - great vacation spot.

Great break from our winter in Buffalo!

We enjoyed our brief stay at your villa this past week. The location within Queens Grant was perfect! Your home is nicely decorated. We appreciated the fact your recently renovated kitchen was fully equipped. The villa was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Kathy was responsive to a few questions I had in advance of the trip. We enjoyed the sun each day and the pickleball courts (along with the free pickleball play)-. We would definitely rent again from Kathy and Tony in the future!

Palmetto Condo

Enjoyed our stay at this condo close to Palmetto Dunes Courts... close enough to walk there as well as the beach. Loved having the two hour option to play tennis or pickleball. Well equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood.

Our stay in Queen's Grant

My friends and I got together for a small golf trip/relaxing beach trip and stayed in Kathy and Tony's condo in Queen's Grant. The accommodations were everything that was advertised and more. We loved the centrality of the location and everything we needed from a comfort and daily needs was provided in their condo. We had no issues while we were there so no need to contact the owners, but they were very responsive pre-arrival and the check in couldn't have gone any smoother or easier. Would definitely recommend this location for a group like ours, or a family needing a relaxing vacation!

Great Condo for families

This was not our first HHI vacation but our first in Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful location , nice bike trails General store with ice cream snacks and more. The condo was perfect! Very clean nicely decorated. There was not any beach toys or many extra things along that line but the condo was very comfortable we had everything we needed. We had an issue getting into the condo with the code but the owner was amazing and quick to call me with instructions! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and gorgeous condo!

Our family had the best time at the condo! The layout was perfect for my parents and young family. We had more than enough space and loved the proximity to the pool. Our favorite part was renting bikes and checking out the beach and dunes house! We hope to get back again next year.

We are always thinking of new things to make the space comfortable and well-equipped. The villa is in the middle of Hilton Head Island. The location makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities which Hilton Head offers.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I loved the location of the villa near the beautiful lagoon. It is so serene sitting on the deck and watching the wild life-turtles, bird, etc. Not only is it relaxing it is convenient to shopping, restaurant and numerous activities. One of the highlights that my children and now my grandchildren love is the General Store.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You can walk to Pickleball, Tennis and numerous restaurants. It also has a free van (Dunes Buggy), which takes you through Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.
