Välkommen till Hilton Head Island och den fantastiska Palmetto Dunes Resort. Vi är glada över att kunna dela vår villa med 2 sovrum och 2 badrum med dig. Det är en av de större i St Andrews med alla rum på samma våning. Det är en enhet på andra våningen. Njut av måltider och drycker på det fredliga, privata villas däck.

Vardagsrummet är lätt och luftigt, med katedraltak och fönster från vägg till vägg. Njut av en film eller favorit-tv-program på den 39 "plattskärms-TV, eller spendera lite tid på att läsa eller spela ett av spelen som du kan njuta av. Gratis, säker höghastighets WIFI ingår i din hyra. Det finns en härlig matplats och ett rostfritt, välutrustat kök. Du hittar fullt lager skåp med nya diskar och glas, köksredskap och redskap. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för din bekvämlighet.

Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng med en ny madrass (samma märke som Marriott använder), 37 "plattskärms-tv och tillgång till omslaget däck. Det stora badrummet har dusch och badkar i full storlek. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, med gott om garderob och låda utrymme tillsammans med en 32 "TV. Bredvid gästsovrummet finns gästbadrummet med dusch och badkar. Den femte sängen är en murphy-säng som ligger i en alkov utanför köket.
Villan är professionellt städad, inspekterad och redo vid ankomst. Färska sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls för alla våra gäster. Enheten är rökfri och husdjurfri för att garantera renhet och en allergifri miljö.

Med ditt gästkort får du körning och parkeringsåtkomst för att njuta av alla områden i Palmetto Dunes resort. Besök stranden, spela tennis eller golf, utforska på cyklar eller ta en lugn promenad. Vi har tillhandahållit strandleksaker för dina barn och två cyklar för vuxna att njuta av miles av stenlagda spår. Från 1 april till 30 september kan du dra nytta av den kostnadsfria pendeltrafiken. "Dunes Buggy" hämtar dig vid villan och tar dig till Shelter Cove eller var som helst på orten, inklusive stranden.

Excellent Early April Stay

We appreciated the location close to our parents' townhouse. The living areas were lovely and cozy and two bedrooms, two bathrooms were perfect for the family members joining us. We would definitely book this property again!

Happy with the choice!

Property was excellent, exactly as listed. We have had several rentals in the past on Hilton Head, Island and this was the best. Communications with the owner were clear and consistent, including same-day response on a question we had. We are very pleased with our stay and our only wish is that we would have stayed longer.

Home Run.

Did a lot of reading beforehand looking for a nice property to continue our week in Hilton Head (moved over from the Disney resort mid-week). Our experience @ St. Andrews Commons in Mr. Jim's condo was outstanding. The unit was very clean. Loved all of the interior lighting choices. Cooling system was great. The internet was excellent for my wife being able to do zoom calls for work. From picking up the 2 parking passes and utilizing the code for the door entry, it was a seamless operation. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Loved the family room with the ample seating. The wrap around porch was very nice. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Loved being on the second floor for the quietness. The pool area was lovely. I cannot stress enough how responsive Mr. Jim was to our questions when we were arriving at our condo decision and following up with us when we made our final preparations. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

We loved our stay in this condo. The location was beautiful and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, bikes, and boogie boards were all put to good use! Thanks for a nice stay!

Great location for price! Floors were dirty, perhaps an extra mop would’ve made it better but hey it’s the beach. We love palmetto dunes and the st andrews area—we have been several times and will be back again!

Good times at St Andrew's

My husband, adult son, and myself stayed at 1977 St Andrews Commons and had a great time. Lovely, clean and well kept home in a beautifully landscaped community. Owners were very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

Spring Break Getaway

I have stayed in St. Andrews more than a dozen times. This is by far the best unit I have experienced. Everything in the description was correct. Kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. Most of all, everything worked as stated. I can't go with a rating above 5 stars but I would if i could. I am already looking for another date on the calendar to stay again!!!!

Lovely Palmetto Dunes Villa

The Villa was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful with one minor issue that we had. The furnishings were up-to-date and comfortable. The wrap-around porch/deck was comfortable and had a nice view of a pond and the golf course. It was within a very short walking distance to the pool. The owners Jim and Ellen gave us a great list of items that would assist us during our stay. We would certainly recommend this Villa.

Been going to HHI for 15+ years. This owner, and unit, one of the best of all time. Everything clean, organized, just as listed, and the owner EXTREMELY contentious about communicating pre-trip with all the information you will need. The best VRBO we've ever dealt with.

Third stay, excellent as always

This was our third visit to Jim's wonderful and quiet villa. Thoroughly enjoy our stays here as the villa is very well maintained, convenient to everything, and most importantly, Jim is an excellent host. He takes pride in his property, is very responsive to any questions or concerns and even remembered our entry code from years past. We look forward to visiting again.

Property just as described

Very well maintained condo less than 1 mile from beach in quiet neighborhood. Everything in condo unit was well maintained and the owner provided excellent instructions. Although we never had to call them, it was easily understood on how to reach the owner if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised, everything you need is in the property with the added bonus of bikes being provided for two adults. A few little beach toys also for small children also came in handy. Good location and perfect getaway for a family.

Perfect spot, great stay.

We had a fab stay, the apartment was really clean and Jim was a great host who communicated everything really clearly. The location is close to restaurants, shops and a short bike to the beach. I would recommend a stay here.

After visiting Hilton Head for 20+ years, we couldn't resist buying this villa and making St. Andrews Common our home away from home. The climate is wonderful, the lifestyle low-key and the residents friendly and welcoming. Between the golf, beaches, outdoor activities and abundant dining and shopping, we can't think of anything else we could wish for!

We have stayed at other resorts on Hilton Head, but find that St. Andrews and Palmetto Dunes have much to offer. Everything is within walking distance -- golf, tennis, beach, restaurants and a general store! The property is well maintained and being a gated community, safety is not a concern. Across the road, at Shelter Cove, there is a marina with restaurants and stores along with seasonal live entertainment and fireworks.

The villa is so peaceful! When we saw it, we fell in love with it when we stepped inside the front door. It is cozy, yet light and airy. The views are great and the rooms are so comfortable! Every effort has been made to ensure that the comforts of home are available. Many of the guests of the villa are repeat visitors -- returning for a second, third or fourth time. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and comfort and are very excited to welcome new guests.
