Welcome to the Beach House! Nestled in a quaint waterfront town on the Case Inlet of the Puget Sound. One of the rare 4-bedroom, 2-bath homes on the water! Comfortable and Spacious Living Areas! Relax and enjoy the views from the private Hot Tub or around the Fire Pit! 50+/- ft of pristine private, no bank waterfront, a kayakerâs dream! Walk to Allyn Waterfront Park and Pier as well as espresso shops, restaurants, grocery store and famous Big Bubbas. Just a short drive away from Seattle and the Olympic Mountains. We look forward to hosting you!

Hi! Iâm Emily! I am 3rd generation born and raised in Allyn, WA! My husband, daughter, mother and father purchased this home as our first property in the vacation rental business. We are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and excited to have the opportunity to share our beautiful hometown with you!

First Lets talk about the reason you are coming... BEACHFRONT!
- Step out of the house and walk a few steps to the BEACH! Perfectly situated on Case Inlet you can enjoy expansive views from the house or while you gather treasures from the beach! Freely walk the beach to the left or the right as far as you can see! High tide and low tide both have lots to offer and so much to explore! Take one of the 6 kayaks out for a relaxing paddle anytime of day! Play games in the lawn or on the deck! Finish off the evening with a bon fire right on the water's edge!
Second... the House! Featuring almost 1800 sqft of freshly remodeled, very spacious and easy living private home!
- Main Floor: The kitchen has 2 islands, counter height and bar height that seats 4 with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Dining room is open to the kitchen and has a large table with 8 chairs and room for more. Living Room has 3 sitting areas; 2 chairs around the propane fireplace, large sectional couch and 2 other chairs. Smart TV with High Speed Internet, no cable. State Room with a queen bed and Full Bathroom with Laundry.
- 2nd Floor: "Captain's" Quarters with a water view, couch and queen bed. "First Mate's" Quarters with a queen bed and rocking chair. "Crew" Quarters with 2 queen beds, games, tv and a doll house (great for kids).
Finally... The Property! Fully fenced (minus the beachfront) for our furry friends! Parking inside the gate for 4 cars comfortably and space for 2 along the road! Walking distance to 4 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, market and Allyn Waterfront Park with playground, pier, boat launch and gazebo! Don't forget to make a tee time at Lakeland Village Golf Course (3 minute drive), and eat at the Lakeside Bistro!
