Tucked away in the quiet enclave of Fairway Villas within Waikoloa Beach Resort, unit #C2 offers privacy, comfort and serenity. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private lanai (covered porch) watching the sun rise over Mauna Kea. In the evening enjoy drinks or dinner here enhanced by moonlight. Should you wish to swim, soak or exercise, use the heated infinity pool, hot tub and a covered workout room located just across the way from this villa.
Two bedrooms and two full baths provide space for up to 4 guests to spread out comfortably and relax. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast nook, GE appliances, and granite counter tops. The dining area table will seat up to 6. The living area is furnished in a relaxed tropical decor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the Kingsâ golf course.
The master bedroom suite features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the guest bedroom. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience. This condominium had everything that we were looking for in terms of amenities and location on the Big Island.

Our condo is located in a quiet, and yet central, part of the Big Island. The proximity to the cool, green mountains while always in sight of the deep, blue ocean offers visitors an environment in which to refresh their senses.
