Njut av din vistelse i denna villa i hawaiiansk planteringstil tvärs över sjön från King's Shops och en kort promenad till den natursköna Anaeho'omalu Bay. Villan ligger på 14: e hålet i världsklass Beach Course i hjärtat av Waikoloa Resort. Gör dig redo att låsa upp dörren till din lyxiga semesterort.

Du öppnar dörren för att gå över en marmortröskel för att se ett vackert matbord av glas. Titta längre in i vardagsrummet är en inbjudande chenillesoffa och väggar prydda med landskap av en lokal Hawaiian konstnär. När du går förbi koaklockan hittar du ett modernt kök med mahognykåp och bänkskivor i granit. Missa inte frukost på den lugna Lanai när du tittar på soluppgången över Mauna Kea.

Vårt favoritrum, sovrumsviten ser över det välskötta bermudagräset på den andra farleden, vänd mot den antika Kohala-vulkanen. Rummet är inrett med inredning från Tommy Bahama. I det stora badrummet kan du koppla av i jacuzzi-badkaret efter en lång dag i solen. Gäst sovrummet, beskrivet som "bekvämt och elegant", har en queen-size säng med en lätt duntäcke och fjäderbädd med ett angränsande rymligt badrum.

På platsen på The Fairway Villas kan du njuta av din tid vid infinity-poolen och ett upphöjd vattenfallspa, använd det fullt utrustade gymmet eller grilla vid picknickområdet vid poolen.

The condo is very very nice. Just what you would expect at a high class resort. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the view of the beautiful golf coarse. Such a relaxing place. Just a short drive to Hapuna beach which we think is the best beach in Hawaii. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed 6 nights recently. Property was very nice. All the comforts of home. Beds were comfy and everything looked clean. Not one complaint. Great location. We really enjoyed the pool as my kids love to swim. If we go back to the Big Island again, will certainly consider staying at this place.

Great location. Lovely view. The owners were extremely to deal with and responsive to any questions. All check in information very clear. I have stayed at several Waikoloa condos in the last 15 years and this was by far my preferred. Highly recommend these owners. And the pool was great.

Absolutely loved this place!!

The condo was completely amazing!! We loved everything about it! The decor, location and amenities were wonderful. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we travel to the big island!

Condo was just as advertised, well stocked and plenty of beach gear. The condo is just behind the King shops, which makes it a convenient walk to restaurants and stores. There were plenty of grills and we used the pool and hot tub daily. We really appreciated communication with the owner and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Property and Location

What a great place! We had a wonderful time staying here in the Waikoloa beach Resort area, on beautiful A-Bay. The property, pool and bbq area was top notch. Our unit was well appointed, lots of space, a nice lanai and great beds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Great place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! Check in and check out was easy. It was conveniently located near Kings Marketplace, which was awesome. The pool and gym was about a 2 minute walk. They had a pack n play ready as well, which helped us with our baby. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Great location, clean, beautiful view of the golf course. They had additional beach items that we used consistently. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat.

Home Away From Home

The unit was in an excellent location for shopping, dining, and morning walks. The complex was well-maintained and the pool area was very nice. My husband and I ate in more than 1/2 the time we were in Waikoloa and the unit was very well-equipped to do that. We would definitely stay there again!

We had friends stay at Fairway Villas and they recommended it to us. We found this property and we booked after seeing so many positive reviews. We’re so glad we did as this unit was perfect. The owners have thought of everything and we never felt like the unit was missing anything. We cooked a lot and they are fully stocked in the kitchen, including many spices. Their closet full of beach gear was also extremely helpful. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and our daughter loved trying boogie boarding. We would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a 2 bedroom in Waikoloa.

The perfect condo in Waikoloa

This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and our 3rd time staying in Waikoloa and this place was our favorite by far. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. The beds were super comfy, there was lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, and the outside closet was stocked for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai for breakfast and afternoon relaxing. Thanks for making this place so perfect for a nice vacation!

Fairways Villa

The condo was beautiful and location is perfect. Waikoloa has everything guests need. One change to note; Downtown Kona now charges 15.00/hr, for parking, so if you are thinking about driving into Kona, be prepared to pay at least 30.00/for dinner, free here in Waikoloa!

Second time in this complex and first time in this unit. Condo was clean and comfortable, and communication with the property Owner was great. This is our favorite part of the big island, and we would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Waikolo Resort stay!

The condo until was functional and lovely, had all of the amenities, hosts very responsive! The beds are every comfortable and we enjoy sitting on the back deck for our morning coffee. The resort has an awesome pool and hot tub! We used the BBQs quite a lot and they are kept very clean. We love staying in this resort as it’s close to all of our favourite beaches and a quick walk to the queens and kings shops!

We both grew up on the coast of California so the beach has been part of our lives from the beginning. We were married on the island in 2002 and have been coming back together since. The Big Island has definitely become part of our life as a couple. Now, as our family has grown we continue to spend time here with our children. We enjoy all the outdoor activities from snorkling, golf, tennis, hiking and especially whale watching. We hope that you and your family will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We stumbled upon The Fairway Villas during it's construction in April of 2003 while on our second honeymoon. We had some time on our hands prior to our departure when we stopped at the King's Shops on our way to the airport. We knew that we wanted a place to escape our busy lives in the Bay Area. After returning home, a week of no sleep, and hours of conversation we decided to take the plunge to make Hawaii our second home. Since then, we have visited as often as 5-6 times a year along with sharing our visits with friends and family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We enjoy the proximity to all the amenities of the resort area. We always take a snorkel or sunset cruise with Ocean Sports right out of A-Bay. They are friendly and consistently give great service. Most of all, we love to golf on the local courses and play tennis at the Hilton.
