A terrace with a travertine table for 8 to 10 people allows you to enjoy your meals without being overlooked, facing the golf course and the house's magnificent listed garden. A sofa corner completes this space, dedicated to your moments of relaxation, reading or the pleasure of a shared aperitif. A barbecue is available on the terrace, provided that it is used with respect for the neighbours.
The kitchen, located in the staircase, has an oval marble table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob and extractor hood, as well as small appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, a toaster and a microwave. The tableware is mainly Le Creuset.

Continuing up the stairs, you will arrive at the bedroom level, consisting of 2 main bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a built-in dressing room.
Golf Room: King size bed - 200 X 200, private bathroom with walk-in shower, corian basin, mirror and toilet.
Surf" room : Queen size bed - 180 X 200, private bathroom with Italian shower, Corian sink, mirror and toilet.
Dressing room : bed 140 X190, private bathroom with bathtub, corian sink, mirror and toilet.
A sofa that converts into an extra bed can be considered on the first floor of the bedrooms.

On the ground floor, another bedroom completes the accommodation. It is accessible from the living room but has its own access to the house, ideal for the independence of a "nanny" or the autonomy of young adults.
Bedroom "Studio Chistera": bed 140 x 190 with storage box integrated into the bed, also has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Pleasant and spacious, these rooms allow everyone to claim their own comfort and privacy, while privileging calm.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

Two private parking spaces will be reserved for you in the closed car park of the property, essential during the summer season in this area of the beach.

A washing machine is integrated in a cabinet in the "Studio Chistera". In addition, there is a large washing machine and dryer in the cellar, as well as a clothes line.
This cellar also has an additional refrigerator and a large capacity freezer (300L).

DEPOSIT
A bank deposit of 4000€ will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule the arrival time. Check-ins are normally between 5 PM and 8 PM, and check-outs between 8 AM and 10 AM. It is possible to arrive later or leave later upon request; however, an additional fee applies:

From 8 PM to 10 PM: €50
From 10 PM to midnight: €80
From midnight to 6 AM: €120
From 6 AM to 8 AM: €50
