Beach vacation

We had a great time with our family (3 kids) and another family with also 3 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The deck was great and the kids had a great time playing in the backyard and on the beach.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. We appreciated that the beds were made up for us so we could just unpack and enjoy ourselves. We did bring a blow up mattress as we found we needed it for one of the grandkids. Although Esker Beach is just a short distance away, it was so convenient to have our own little stretch of beach (a first for us) especially with the kids ranging from 6 to 14. No packing up and waiting until everyone was ready to go. The kids crabbed with chicken bones on string catching small crabs they released again and also fished from the shore. We also appreciated that some supplies were there for us although we brought everything we could think of based on past experiences with other rentals. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries answering us right away. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Great beach house in a beautiful beach location

We were an extended family group of 8 and we fit very comfortably in this house. The views from the kitchen and the backyard are of a gorgeous bay between Connecticut and fishers island. The water is great for swimming right from the backyard beach. There are a few restaurants and a charming ice-cream/lunch place within walking distance which were all delicious. The house doesn’t have A/C but you are so close to the water it’s cool enough at night plus there are ample fans in the bedrooms. If you are looking to relax and have a quiet week on the beach this is your house!

Perfect family shore vacay

Lovely, quiet setting! The pictures don’t do it justice. Jesse is a nice guy and very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. So much room and right on the water in a beautiful cove. We plan to go back next year!
