Ramsgate Harbour 22 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath one level luxury gulf front condo with an extensive remodel completed in January 2021.

Be among the first to enjoy this artfully curated, and lovingly decorated unit. It is truly an exceptional property.

Located on the first level(second story) this unit offers an expansive 26 ft balcony with commanding views of the gulf, sand, and sunsets.

Ramsgate Condos are NEVER CROWDED.. Private, secure, comfortable, and clean. Easy beach access. Perfect spot for relaxing within close proximity of Rosemary Beach and Pier Park.. But in the crowds of neither.

The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops.

Brand new flooring throughout, NO CARPET..

The living room features a oversized sectional sofa, a large flat screen television and great views of the Gulf.

The master bedroom has a brand new King bed ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and offers exceptional views of the gulf.

The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and access to the second bath.

The living room sofa has a brand new sofa (not a sleeper) that can sleep another guest.

Living room has cable.....bedrooms are set up for streaming service only.

Ramsgate Harbour has covered parking, a community Gulf front pool. Parking is $40 per car and is collected by the HOA. Two car maximum

This low density property, is NEVER crowded, and is ideally located just 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and just a few miles from Pier Park.. Get the 30 A experience, with the convenience of PCB.

Must be 25 years of age or older and remain present throughout the entire stay.

No smoking. No Pets

This rental includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella every day of your stay from March-mid October; weather permitting.

Perfect!

Our new go to spot on the beach. Everything was amazing and the best part is not having the crowds on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful condo.

Nice Beachfront Home

This home is in a great location if you don't want the crowds closer to PCB. The beach is just a short walk, and it was nice to have chairs set up each day. The home itself was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room.

Beautiful week at the beach

We had a wonderful trip. Perfects views and wonderful breezes each night. We would come back for sure! Such a beautiful beach and setting. Close to many things, restaurants, groceries. CVS. Great response when we needed anything. Thank you!

Amazing Condo!

This was our first stay at Ramsgate and the condo was wonderful! It was clean the views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable! Communication was great and we will definitely be back in the future!

Great location

Condo was nice. Great beach access and views. Beach was not crowded. Close to good restaurants at Rosemary beach. My only complaint is the kitchen was a bit dated and cabinets could use a good cleaning.

VRBO never again!

We will not be searching properties using VRBO again. We were charged almost $300 for marketing. The people on the floor above made so much noise walking around starting at 5:30am until 11:30 at night! It’s a very nice unit and the beach is beautiful but the noise issue from unit above is very disturbing.

Wonderful Stay!!

Me and my family had an amazing stay. I love that the unit is steps away from the beach! It made taking a toddler much easier. The condo is so nice and updated. We loved everything about it. We will be back.

Construction

Updated nicely, clean, good location for us, but the facilities were under heavy construction. Construction dumpster in parking lot, power tools in use and heavy machinery in use while we were there. Did not appear that it would be over anytime soon. We should have been told prior to booking.

We were very pleased with everything but only issue was with knives. I recommend you invest in a good knife set.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate Harbour 22. The condo was very clean and the weather was wonderful! We had a problem navigating the tv’s and a technician came and got It all taken care of for us. He literally came in less than 20 minutes! We plan to come back to 22 next Spring!

We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back next summer

The property was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms felt spacious. The only thing we found slightly inconvenient was not enough towels and very limited silverware. Those are small things and overall, we had a great time. We have been staying at Ramsgate for10 years now and hope to continue.

Perfection!!!

This was our 4th stay at Ramsgate and by far our favorite! We hope to make unit 22 our yearly stop from now on. Thank you for such a beautiful townhome with everything we needed to feel like our home away from home. We hope to be back very soon!

Great Condo!!

We loved this updated condo that was right on the beach! We have stayed in this complex many times and this condo was by far our favorite! It was the perfect location and worked out great with little kids! Can’t wait to come back here for future trips!!
