Large living room with expansive windows bathe the unit in sunlight and has amazing views of the beach, sand, and surf. and opens up onto the generous balcony with seating for meals and for just gazing at the beach and sunset over a cup of coffee in the morning, or glass of wine to toast the end of another perfect beach day.
The unit offers a fully stocked kitchen, so you can eat in whenever you feel like staying put!
The master bedroom, features a Brand New King bed and ensuite bath that has been totally remodeled. The bedroom also has balcony access and commanding gulf views.
There is also a Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pulled together to form a king, and an adjacent bath.
For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This condo offers daily beach service from Mid March through October. a $500 weekly value (2 chairs and umbrella).

This beautiful resort underwent a multi million dollar renovation in 2023. Ramsgate sits on one of the largest stretches of private beach in the area with over 1000 feet of beach.

Ramsgate is a low density property with only 2 units in height, a beach side pool, and one of the largest, widest, and least crowded beaches in NW Fla.
Ramsgate is directly across the street from Bayou Bills Seafood House and less than a quarter mile from Winn DIxie and Publix, so shopping is right out your door, literally the most convenient beach location around.
What is the best part of Ramsgate is that you are roughly 2 Miles from 30A, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach at a fraction of the price. Pier Park is about 7 miles to your east, so even though you are not overrun with people on the beach, you are close to any of the REAL.FUN. BEACH activities that our guests love.
