THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES

There is something very special and welcoming about this picturesque gated community. There is a friendly mix of full-time, seasonal, and month-long residents. The grounds, gardens, and common areas are beautifully maintained. The mountain views are stunning. Community resort-style pool, spa outdoor shower, BBQ, and firepit lounge area. This lower-level condo with no stairs has its own private balcony patios.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the deluxe bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, flat-screen smart TV, and walk-in closet. The Master Suite has a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors to the main patio. The second Guest Room has two Twin XL beds that can convert to King and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the living room.

Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places, and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close.
