Perfect for families and pet lovers, located on a quiet half-acre corner lot, this spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an airy open-concept living area with a dining space, bar, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a dedicated entertainment room with a 65" smart TV, plus a game room with a full-size pool table and magnetic dartboard. The fenced backyard offers a large private pool, grill, and plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan and smart TV. Need more space? An attached 1-bed, 1-bath mother-in-law suite with a private entrance, separate parking, and its own outdoor area is available to rent separately or together with the main house. Apartment guests do not share access to the pool unless booked together with the main home.

Just 10–15 minutes from Crescent Beach and downtown St. Augustine, this peaceful neighborhood is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and essentials like CVS, Walgreens, and Publix—all within 2 miles.

Ideal for winter guests relocating from colder climates—stay longer, settle in, and enjoy the sunshine just minutes from the beach. Like a dream came true, we relocated to St. Augustine in 2012 after falling in love from childhood. The beautiful beaches and historical sites keep us coming back for more - and we keep learning more about this beautiful town the longer we stick around! We both work in the communication fields as an American Sign Language professor and Speech-Language Pathologist and are excited to share our wonderful hometown with visitors!

This property is set on a half-acre lot and the house is very spacious with plenty of room for your family and friends! We love the atmosphere of the pool deck that leads into the entertainment room with a big sectional couch and 65 inch tv which leads into the game room with full-size pool table!! So much FUN to be had at this house with plenty of space so you aren't feeling cramped!
