Relaxing heated pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean and spacious located a few steps from the Intracoastal Waterway equipped with a boat and kayak launch. We are 10-mins from Old Town or the beach and less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Experience our lovely saltwater pool enclosed in a lanai. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a open family room. Each bedroom has brand new beds. Fast WIFI. Boat/Trailer/RV Friendly :-)

***Hurricane Season is June - November, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of weather delays/cancellations. We will not be able to issue refunds for weather related cancellations***. Pets are allowed with advanced notice. We charge a $100/per pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in $500 cleaning fee.

Beautiful home close to everything!

The home was beautiful and very up to date inside. It was much more spacious than the pictures imply. We appreciated how organized the host is with everything labeled such as light switches. Plenty of supplies provided. Pool was great. We used it every day, even in the rain. Photos should be updated to show that backyard is no longer available. There is another rental property for an RV right behind the house. We were glad it was not rented during our stay, as it would have greatly disturbed our dog to hear voices on the other side of the fence while we were at the pool. We loved this home, but probably won’t rent again due to the risk of having others staying so close to the house.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

This was one of the nicest homes we have rented. The house was immaculate and had everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were spacious and the pool and outside area was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location made it easy to get into the downtown and to the beaches but was located in a quiet neighborhood. Stephenie and Justin were great hosts! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Salty Seashell

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at the Salty Seashell. Stephenie and Justin were very accessible and accommodating. The neighbourhood is great for walks, lots of streets to explore. The beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was wonderful. The backyard view was not exactly as we expected with the addition of a wooden fence the owners are in the process of adding but it did add additional privacy to the pool area.

Everything the listing says is right on. Very clean, quiet safe neighborhood. Was surprised that we had YouTubeTV and Netflix. Well stocked. Excellent communication with host from booking to departure.

Wonderful home and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is immaculate and comfortable with a very nice layout. I didn't use the pool but my husband loved it. There was only two of us on this trip but I could easily see our family spending time here together. It was nice to be out of the traffic of the Orlando/Kissimmee area and near the beach. Stephenie and Justin were wonderful hosts making sure everything was great for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect house!

Salty Seashell

My wife and I had a great time staying at this house. It was easy to find, easy to get into and was better than advertised. Clean as a whistle. Had a great time in the heated pool, and we arrived on November 11th. Extra bonus for being able to use the garage. I would recommend this house highly. It was close to everything that you would need and still be off the beaten path. Beach was only ten minutes away. Again, can't say enough good things about this rental. We have bookmarked it for future use.

Perfect place

Came here for our anniversary and the place was amazing. Super clean and near everything. Loved riding bikes, walking and fishing down in the river at the end of the road. Friendly neighbors and safe area. Our host was amazing to work with and super fast to answer any questions.

Relaxing weekend getaway

This house was very clean and comfortable for a relaxing weekend. The owners were very quick to respond to messages. The pool was a nice bonus and we loved hanging out in the enclosed porch area. Overall great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Tolles Haus und großartige Gastgeber

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es war leider zu kurz. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht, egal ob Kaffeekapseln, Chips aber auch Shampoo etc. Toll ist natürlich auch , dass für den Strand alles vorhanden ist, sogar Handtücher….einfach perfekt. Auch die Fahrräder haben wir genutzt und haben früh morgens die Gegend erkundet. Die Abwicklung mit Stephenie war perfekt. Auch fanden wir es schön, dass ein Ordner mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen im Haus war. Wir haben schon in vielen Unterkünften Urlaub gemacht, aber hier war wirklich fast alles perfekt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen und vielleicht haben wir das Glück und können noch einmal wiederkommen 😍

Beautiful Home

Our experience in St Augustine was one of the worst vacations we have ever been on BUT that was not a reflection of the property or the owners. We had an issue arise that no one was at fault for, just one of those things that happens in life. The owners were very responsive and readily available to accommodate us and resolve the issue. It will be a long time (if ever) before we go back to St Augustine, but would rent from Stephenie and Justin again!

Everything we needed for a quick vacay!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need within a short drive. Anastasia State Park provided the perfect setting for a fun beach day! Our kids loved ending the days swimming in the indoor pool. The house has been beautifully updated and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We took the owner’s’ recommendations for restaurants, and everything was great! My sister and I brought five kids between 4-10, and EVERYONE was happy. I consider this a successful vacation, and we will definitely book this house again if we make it back to St. Augustine! Thanks so much!

Excellent Property

This was a great choice. The entire communication process was prompt and excellent. Stephanie was very good at answering any questions I had prior to my arrival and even took the time to message me during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We cooked every day we were there and had all the tools were needed; there were so many amenities we were not expecting. Driving to historic St Augustine and the beach was very quick. This is a great location and a very nice home with very thoughtful hosts.

Cozy just like home!

If you are fortunate enough to reserve this property, pat yourself on the back. It is by far the nicest VRBO I have rented in the past five years. Everything is as shown in the pictures and all the amenities you could think of are there. The outside lanai with the bar area is perfect for having adult beverages and just enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool was clean and there were even pool toys and beach towels. You literally only need to bring your personal belongings because everything else is provided for you. The host was wonderful and the outside of the home was very well lit when we arrived at midnight. If I ever vacation in Saint Augustine, in the future, I will be reaching out to reserve this property again.
