AWESOME!!!!

Initially, I was reluctant to rent the property because there were no reviews. The house met every expectation. The neighborhood is great and I enjoyed the privacy of the wooded lots. It felt like home rather than beach houses stacked on top of one another. There’s no false advertisement here. The house looks just like the photos. The only minor complaint I have is that we never found the iron or ironing board which are listed as amenities. It wasn’t that big of a deal for me because I wore t-shirts and shorts all week. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful house, poorly managed

The home and location were beautiful and fantastic. Close to everything, roomy and luxurious. The biggest problem was the trash situation. We arrived to a trash can overflowing along with bags surrounding the trash from previous renters. The animals got into it the night we arrived, so we had to clean up the previous renters’ trash. Then we had to cart it to the curb. But the trash pickup already happened, so it sat there. Multiple neighbors came by and complained to us about the trash situation. The rental company said they would pick it up, but it took them 36 hours. Also the ice machine in the freezer didn’t work, and we arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. So full that the dishwasher didn’t work. Again, beautiful home, awesome location, but the manager needs to step up its game.
