4 BR, 2.5 bath single family home in North Wildwood

Newer renter of single family home in North Wildwood for weekly rentals (Monday to Friday) for Summer 2023. Offseason (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day) house is open for full week rentals.

Located on 17th street, this spacious 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home is designed as an upside down house. Newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, living area with entrance to large deck is located on second floor of the house, and 4 bedrooms located on first floor. Living area includes cable TV.

House sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom with full bathroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 is a perfect space for children with a set of bunk beds, 1 single bed up top and full down bottom. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. Linens provided. 3 bedrooms include smart TV with Netflix available.

Outside shower available with hot and cold water. Driveway parking for 2 to 3 cars. Outside has patio seating and hammock.

We do prefer families and ask that the responsible person(s) are at least 25 years old. No smoking inside house. No pets allowed.

House is a 12 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to watch a gorgeous sunset at the bay, close to boardwalk, local restaurants and bars.

Please note, this is my third year listing property for rental after owning it for 20 years as a family vacation home, which is the reason for lack of reviews.

Wildwood

We had an amazing time in Wildwood! This property was newly renovated and beautiful with new appliances and was in a quiet place so that was a plus! The owners were very friendly and responsive. Loved the deck at night and everyone loved the hammock! Everything from start to finish was a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again!

Great week in North Wildwood.

This property is simply a great value for the money and is perfect for families with small children. My wife spent her summers here at her grandmother's house during her high school years but we haven't been back since the late 80's or so. This trip, we brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, ages 3 and 5. My wife's cousin and his wife also stayed a few nights. The house was clean and well stocked. The big plus for us was the 2.5 baths. Many of the places that we considered only had one bathroom and maybe another 1/2 bath. There's a really nice large deck where we happened to watch the fireworks last night. There's also a nice patio underneath the deck with lights and an outdoor shower. The owner was responsive to some of the questions we had, however, there really wasn't that many. My two grandkids loved the bunk beds and all the toys that were there to play with. Overall a great place that I would highly recommend, especially for families.

Great family friendly house with accommodating hosts!

This was a great family friendly house! I enjoyed a 3 days stay with my husband, infant and in-laws. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great decal and outdoor space. The hosts were extremely accommodating allowing us an early checkin and late check out as there were no renters immediately before and after us. I would certainly recommend this house!

Graduation get away

My son graduated this year so we took him and a few of his friends. We had never been to Wildwood, it's a nice place for a family beach trip. The house was convenient located to the beaches. we walked everyday to the beach and the kids loved that they could just longboard to the boardwalk. Ventured out to Cape May for a day and had dinner at the famous Lobster House, thanks to the home owner for the recommendation. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and surprisingly peaceful, I personal enjoyed my morning coffee on the upper deck. The owners where very responsive to my many questions. We will definitely rent this home again.
