This unit just went through a complete renovation and is absolutely gorgeous. All new appliances, new furniture and completely updated. These units are spacious and just a short walk up the block to the beach. Conveniently located in a prime area of the island by Cafe Karma, Stripes with Laredo Tacos, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and close to other shops and fun. This unit has every amenity you need to make your beach stay at the island a perfect one. Huge open courtyard with BBQ pits, a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a 3rd floor walk up. VRBO does not collect State and City Taxes so will collect at our office. Credit card or exact cash. NO ONE UNDER 25 YRS CAN RENT THIS UNIT! SPI PERMIT #2015--628898 we have no elevators at this property.

Quiet and Comfortable Spot

Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is a very short walk to the beach and Wanna Wanna (serves great ceviche and fried foods). The pool is clean and the unit's pics are accurate. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing get a way

The property was in an amazing location and in a QUIET area. We had an amazing day lounging by the pool and with a quick walk we were relaxing on the beach. I’d love to stay here again.

Great condo!

Condo was clean and spacious. Check in was super easy and convenient. Frank was very attentive. Short walk to the beach and coffee shop, market and restaurants all walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. Extra plus that we're a block away from the beach.

Frank was quick on his feet at responding. The property was clean, beautiful, family friendly and accessible to the beach. We give it a Plus. Our kids said they don't want to go on a cruise next year-they want to come back to this exact same condo. Thanks again Mr. Frank for your kindness.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It was very clean, so cute & cozy, a lot bigger than I thought it was! My kids enjoyed the space we had. And Mr Frank was such a great help in anything we needed. A must stay if you visit SPI! 🏝😊

Perfect Spot

Check in and Check out was easy. The place was clean and way better than we hoped for. Our family had an amazing time. The pool was great we had no complaints. We are looking forward to our next trip. It is a short ish walk from the beach seems long when you have exhausted kids. One beach entry that wasn't the side of wanna wanna was good too, even had a shower just in case anyone was looking for something to clean off the sand, helped us out a lot. Frank was amazing and informative. Look forward to coming back!

Very accurate listing

Our Stay here was amazing. The listing was so perfect and accurate. This is a third floor property it that was not a problem for our family. The place was very clean and beautiful plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool area was also very clean and well kept. Frank was amazing at answering all of our questions and helping when needed.

Awesome property. Frank was amazing! Provided everything we would need as far as beach toys, towels, dishes, soap bath towels, drying towels EVERYTHING. The 3rd floor didn't even bother us. The pool was cleaned and chairs sanitized in the morning. Everyone was so friendly and it truly felt like we were home. Close to the beach and eateries in walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Clean property a short walk from the beach.

Booking and checking was seamless. The property was clean and had adequate logistics (cooking utensils, towels, kitchen appliances, etc). Bring your own bath soap and shampoo and a pair of ear plugs (in case the same group that partied at the pool outside our bedroom window from 9PM until 4AM show up again).
