Jag sitter på soffan och skriver detta på min bärbara dator, tittar och lyssnar på vågorna ut genom den stora altandörren.

Eller så kunde jag gå några steg på balkongen med utsikt över havet och se en vacker innergård med grillar, pool och badtunna. Säkerhetsporten utanför gården tar dig direkt till stranden.

Ommodellerat kök med bänkskivor i granit, nya bakplatta och rostfria apparater i december 2014.

Båda badrummen uppgraderades 2014 med ny duschkabin i masterbadet (se bilder).

Gångavstånd till många restauranger; vissa så nära som ett block ett sätt. 'The Wave' är gratis kollektivtrafik som går över hela ön och över bron till Port Isabel som har ett Wal-Mart SuperCenter och HEB för dina shoppingbehov.

Family Vacation

This condo was the perfect size for my family of 4! It felt like a home away from home. The views from the balcony were just like in the photos from the owner. Beds are comfy, everything was clean and ready to use. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again!

Great mid May trip

We recently visited (me, my husband, 18 and 16 year old kids) South Padre Island for the first time a few weeks ago. We were going to see our oldest who has an internship in brownsville at spacex. It was great and this was just what we were looking for, right on the ocean and with access to the pool. It was a short visit, 3 nights. Sue was great, she answered me immediately when I had a question, although everything was very easy so I rarely had any. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I really liked s Padre as well, it was quiet and peaceful, so many things were walkable, I'd absolutely come back and I hope to, mid may of course is very different than spring break (which I'm sure is a different kind of fun). This weather was so nice and everything was mellow. I'm posting a pic of the ocean and pool from the balcony.

Wonderful view of beach from balcony

Just the right size with kitchen and comfy beds. I loved opening the sliding door to the breezy views. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient.

Fabulous time

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Condo and facility was very clean. Great and helpful staff. Sue was very accommodating and helpful in responding to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great place to stay during our vacation.

Great little weekend getaway

I was craving some sunshine and my husband found this cute place near the beach! It had a separate room with twin beds for our boys, a full kitchen and two bathrooms! The pool was amazing! Seriously the warmest pool we had ever been in! The location was perfect too! We were just a couple minutes from local attractions and many tasty restaurants. We can't wait to go back!!
