Live music at many of these venues nightly! You can even see the space needle in the winter from your bedroom! 1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM plus pull out sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The condo was perfect and charming! The walk to downtown is a bit of an incline on way back so just beware. It is close to downtown, very clean and was perfect for me and my husband.

Great place

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and had plenty of room for me and my husband. Shower and bathroom was nice. It was right near everything. The walk back was up a steep hill so little tiring walking to and from but other than that a great place for visiting gatlinburg.

Perfect location

This was the perfect home base for our trip - everything was super clean, comfortable and convenient. We loved being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg and not fight the traffic while still being able to easily drive to the arts and crafts district or up into Cherokee National Forest

Nice condo for what we needed.

Very good location. We stayed on the go visiting the tourist sites and only slept there. It was nice and quiet in the evenings which is what we needed.

Cozy condo

We had an amazing time at the Holly Bear condo! The space was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently close to downtown. Clay, the host, was incredibly attentive and promptly brought us sheets for the sofa bed when needed. As a family of four, we found the space just right. Watching the fireworks and the ball drop from our room was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Home away from home

Condo was in a great location, just steps from downtown Gatlinburg. The owners were extremely responsive and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend for any group of 4 of less.

Nice Place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Place was very clean and located close to hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. Walk to town was easy enough for us but others may find it a bit challenging. We were not fans of Gatlinburg itself - “tourist trap” - but we came for the National Park and it did not disappoint!

Great place. Quit at night.

The room was nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. You can see the skybridge lights at night and watch for bears down below near the pool area. Will definitely go here again.

Gatlinburg trip

The condo was clean and had everything that you need for a vacation. The owners were very helpful and always got back to us when we had a question. The condo is within walking distance from downtown, but it's about 15 minutes or so and you have to remember to go around to the back of the complex to start your walk. All in all, a very good experience.

Great place!

This was the perfect place for us—celebrating boyfriend’s birthday. It was advertised as being able to walk to town, and for most that is true but my knees wouldn’t tolerate that walk so just keep that in mind. Comfortable bed! Perfect size! We loved it!

1st Trip to Gatlinburg

It was our first and hopefully not our last trip to Gatlinburg. The property was perfect! It was clean, nicely decorated, and the perfect distance from downtown. Clay was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Check in was easy. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities except the fridge and freezer for ice. Used a strainer as an ice bowl as no ice maker but it was fine. Very comfortable. Didn't use glasses or plates because we used or own paper products as not to be messy. Guests in other units can be loud at night especially on weekends but that was expected. We did see bears and a fox which was exciting. Of course we stayed our distance. A nice walk down the back stairs to the Parkway but coming back was a trek going uphill. Downloaded the Trolley App and utilized that instead. That was great. Most of our meals were out at restaurants downtown. Visited Dollywood 2 days. Didn't use the pool this time because there's just so much to do and unfortunately, it rained most evenings for awhile but then cleared up. Can't predict Mother Nature. Very nice visit. We have only visited during Summer but thinking of perhaps a fall or Christmas visit next. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Great condo, nicely decorated and clean!

Everything was wonderful however I was under the impression that it was an easy walk into downtown from the condo. Well, if you are younger and in great shape, yes it is an easy walk. It was a challenge for us (ages 58 and 60) walking back to the condo as it is up hill all the way, no matter which way you went. However it is a beautiful place, nice pool, great host that was in communication with us. Would definitely stay there again, just need to get in shape or pay to park closer to town.

Great Getaway

Was the perfect getaway for the wife and I. We saw several reviews about the long walk to the main drag
we are both 50 and went down to town using the back stairs. We did this multiple times a day and didn’t think the walk was bad. Gave us time to talk and discuss the plans for the next walk. We were fortunate enough to see a bear in the parking lot one morning! We too the advice of Clay and Glenda and ate at several of their recommendations
our favorite was The Park Grill, we went their twice because it was very clean and the salad bar was tremendous!!

Loved it!

We enjoyed our time here, although we didn't stay in the room long. Our couch bed had been broken by the last renters but it wasn't an issue as it was just the 2 of us and we stayed gone for most of the time and Clay notified us on our way about that. When we stripped the lineman from the bed, there was a stain on the mattress protector that was not from us. Aside from that, we had a great experience and will definitely be back! Nice location close to downtown, plenty of towels, comfy bed, and it felt like home!

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here. The view is also amazing in any season but in fall and winter you can see the space needle from here on NEW YEARS EVE! Views the pool of the complex next door and you may see an occasional family of bears making their way between the buildings !

This unit is very cozy, just right for a couple or with kids. Sleeps 4. Beautifully decorated, recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, flat surface stovetop, dishwasher and you have everything you need for a long stay, a convection microwave, and there is a coin laundry in the basement of the building for your convenience! Free wifi and there is a rooltop desk in the event you must do some work while you are visiting. The bedroom has plenty of room for a pack and play in the event you have small children.
