1 queensize-säng i loft sovrum, badet är nere. En ny matplats lades till 2015 så att vår gäst kunde dra full nytta av de BÄSTA utsikten i området. Du kan se över Downtown Gatlinburg, Mt. LeConte och Ober'Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Dessa lägenheter är en 10 min. kör till Downtown Gatlinburg och bara minuter. från parken. Lägenheten är cirka 580 kvadratmeter en vacker bilresa till toppmöjligheterna på toppmötet och bara 1 mil till Ober'Gatlinburg Ski Resort från enheten. En mycket rolig sak att göra är att köra till Ski Resort, lämna bilen och åka med spårvagnen till centrum, äta ute, shoppa och ta spårvagnen tillbaka till Ski Resort så kul !! Du kan också, medan du är i centrum, ta en av de många vagnarna och åka till Pigeon Forge, och till och med rida de underbara 8 milen från "Glades Craft Community".
ALLT NYTT, hela lägenheten renoverades 2014-2015 ... Köksbänk, kran, bänkskåp, skåp, apparater, små apparater, diskar, kastruller, nya möbler och 2 nya Flexsteel power recliner kärlekssäten, matta, handfat, skåp etc. ..., nya sängkläder, ny platt skärm LED HDTV, osv ..., Vår översta våningsenhet erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över centrala Gatlinburg och Great Smoky Mountains inklusive berget Mount LeConte, en av de högsta i östra USA.

Området Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge erbjuder så mycket att göra från vandring, shopping, minigolf, akvariet och naturligtvis en av de flesta favoriter, Ripley's Believe It or Not. För att inte tala om shopping på butikerna, alla otroliga restauranger och Dollywood i Pigeon Forge precis längs vägen från Gatlinburg, och vår favorit sak att göra är att besöka Glads Craft community på 8 mil. Oavsett om du krullar upp vid den vedeldande spisen (obegränsad ved tillhandahållen), tar dig till platserna i centrum eller bara njuter av den mest fantastiska utsikten över bergen året runt, kommer du att vilja komma tillbaka gång på gång och från säsong till säsong.

Perfect small condo with the most amazing views of the mountains. Great distance and ease to and from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We stayed for 4 night. I just recommend bringing extra toilet paper, dish washing liquid and soap.

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend, and the views completely stole the show. From the private balcony, you can see the rolling peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains and the twinkling lights of downtown Gatlinburg down below. Drinking coffee at sunrise was the highlight of every single day.The condo itself was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy, and a very comfortable bed . Even though it feels high up, you are just a short drive down the mountain into the heart of Gatlinburg and the national park entrance.If you want a peaceful mountain escape that keeps you close to the fun, this place is an absolute gem. We cannot wait to come back!

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this condo! Very comfortable, clean, with well thought-out furniture placement and personal touches. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. View was amazing, and the books filled with guest experiences over the years were lovely to read through and a testament to how much people enjoy their stay here. Even say a bear from the balcony on our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!

Wonderful location!

The property was beautiful and quiet, but still close enough to all the activity. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with, I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was so cute and the views really are worth a million dollars. Don’t miss a sunrise while staying here. It was so spectacular, I was emotional. The drive up the mountain was a little insane in a mustang, and especially at night in the rain. I feel like that wasn’t clear to me or I missed it somewhere in the listing details. The unit was clean and updated and decorated so nicely. Had everything we needed, too. Only thing I didn’t love was the shower which creaked a ton as you stepped. The owners were great with communication and I had everything I needed to check in well ahead of time.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here and the view was spectacular! It was in a really good location to get to the National Park as well as downtown. We would highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

Vacation Spot

A great little condo for a vacation. I loved the personal touches. The view of the mountains is unmatched - my husband and I woke up every day and discussed how grateful we were to be there.

A great stay to ring in the new year.

This property has awesome views!!! It was really comfy, clean, safe, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the views, and watched the snow, and NYE fireworks at the space needle from the balcony. We had a great stay!

My husband and I live on a lake in Plum Branch, SC, it's about 25 miles outside of Augusta GA. We're both retired, we have two daughters and 10 grandchildren. We are very excited to start our 2nd journey of renting our vacation home as we purchased this condo February 23, 2015, almost 1-year after purchasing our cabin. We've wanted to own property in the mountains but wanted to be able to be more hands on to rent and manage it ourselves. We have rented other cabins and condos in the Gatlinburg area from owners, and our experience has been just great. We hope to make all of our guest experiences as good as those we've had. My husband spent 38 years with the Local 150 Plumbers and Steamfitters, his later years as foreman. I worked 38 years with the last 32 spent as an industrial photographer at SRS Nuclear Plant outside of Aiken, SC. We have already made huge changes to the condo. Almost everything is brand new, totally renovated just a few months ago. We do have several other things planned in the near future.
A future goal is to add a lot in an RV park beside a small brook in this area. Also, moving closer to the Gatlinburg area is a future goal. Don't get me wrong we love the beach, but we could live in the mountains infinity!!

THE VIEWS!!! We have stayed at this condo complex (The Gatlinburg Summit) several times ourselves and fell in love with the drive, the complex, the surroundings, the amenities, how well this complex is being taken care of and did I mention the VIEWS!!! The location is awesome; the roads are well maintained. Never any problem getting up and down the mountains. Even when it snows you might wait a few hours, but they'll have the roads salted and scraped in no time, so you'll be downtown Gatlinburg walking the streets shopping, sitting in one of the great restaurants, or sitting on the benches watching the people go by. The condo is located on the third floor and has a loft bedroom. We wanted to start with a size that would be perfect for that Honeymoon couple and/or a small family. This is the perfect place for a couple celebrating a Honeymoon, Anniversary, or just two people wanting to get away from it all.
