Thank you Donna! We are pleased to have been able to offer you a place to stay while you were in town visiting. The owners of this condo just completed a months long remodel on the unit, finishing just days prior to your arrival. We hope you enjoyed the fresh unit, with that amazing view of the Deschutes River. See you next time you're in town!

The river trail that follows the Deschutes and leads you downtown is surely breathtaking... You will have to find your way back to it in the fall as it would surely leave you speechless!

Thank you for the review, Kristy! We also agree about the poolhouse needing some updates. A new HOA management took over on January first and we are hopeful that some changes will be made of the next year or two. As for the location... Unbeatable!

Renee, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and our location! We are just steps away from the Deschutes Riverside and only a 10-15 minute walk into Downtown Bend which is filled with restaurants, shops and breweries! Nina, thank you so much for the review! I love reading them as they come in. So pleased to see that you found the location of our condos to be so perfect, we have been so blessed with this property. The river gives you the out of town feeling but you can literally walk to downtown in 10 minutes, it's perfect. Our condos are individually owned and that is what we think makes them so great, they all have a unique feel to them with how the owners decorate and provide. We can't wait to see you next time!

Thank you for your feedback, we’re so glad you enjoyed the location, views, and décor, and that check-in was smooth. I’m sorry to hear the beds didn’t feel comfortable to you; they’re actually top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic mattresses that are only about two years old, but we understand that mattress comfort can feel different for everyone. As for the silverware, we’ve already placed an order for more and will be doing a full kitchen inventory once we head into our slower season to make sure everything is fully stocked. We truly appreciate your comments and would love to welcome you back!

May, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are thrilled you loved the layout of the condo and it was a perfect fir for you and your friend! We would love to host you again in the future!
