This simple chalet designed for family life is ideal for a pleasant holiday in the winter sports resort of Arêches-Beaufort. Bright. Additional charges €200.
It is one of those chalets typical of the years of the construction of the Roselend dam (1960) which were built to house the foremen of the dam. Preserved as is: green and white shutters, frieze, sunny terrace facing south with breathtaking views of the mountain and the bell tower.
You are 5 minutes walk from the shops and yet enjoy great peace and quiet.
The legendary Boule de Gomme that all children know for its sledding is at your feet.

You access the chalet from a dead end, by a small staircase which leads you either to the ground floor, or by a small sheltered balcony, directly to the 1st floor and the living room.
On the ground floor:
- A Skiroom/scrubbing room entrance, the boiler and a shed to dry your belongings or wash them (washing machine).
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190 and 1 baby bed (sleeps 2 + baby bed)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds joined into a double bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)

On the 1st floor (access either from the balcony/stairs or by stairs from the inside)
- 1 kitchen with window, fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, raclette/fondue and pancake machines, gas cooker with 3 gas burners, 1 electric burner, 1 electric oven, kettle, KRUPS coffee maker, microwave, kitchen table, storage cupboards).
- 1 living/dining area, with 1 small square table and 1 large extendable table)
and
- 1 lounge area with sofa and TV, opening onto a beautiful sunny south-facing terrace (garden furniture and parasol)
all very bright.

- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom (with shower, sink and cupboard)
Beds (blankets) - Baby kit on site: 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, bathtub, stair gate.

Access to the top floor under the slope by a narrow and fairly steep staircase (1.65 m max at the ridge) to 2 small bedrooms, ideal for children from 6 to 12 years old (like small cabins).
