This 43mÂČ duplex apartment enjoys a great location: within walking distance of the ski slopes and the village.

The entrance hall leads to a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine - electric oven and microwave - raclette and fondue sets). The well-defined space provides ample space for the lounge (a sofa bed sleeping 2 people, 160 cm). This room opens onto an east-facing balcony offering lovely views of the village, the mountains, and in summer, a view of the swimming pool*.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms and the landing are under the eaves with skylights. A raised single bed allows for individual sleeping on the landing. The bathroom is also located upstairs. Separate toilet. In the entrance hall - Plenty of storage space. On the 3rd floor with elevator. Very spacious. Ski lockers.
Notes: Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra according to the current scale. Sheets and linens are available for rental. A security deposit (depending on the size of the apartment) will be required upon arrival.
* Shared swimming pool in the residence is unsupervised in summer (from July 1st to August 31st).
